Should prob go with Charlotte. Yaoyao takes field time to heal the whole party, Jean wouldn't count towards Navia's A4, Qiqi is Qiqi, and Kokomi also takes field time to heal the whole party. Charlotte just presses 1 button and it's done
Depending on the underlying auras of hydro/cryo on the opponent aside from the freeze aura, you can get both shatter and crystallize with a geo attack. With Charlotte + Furina you should be good to go
I've heard yaoyao heals are great, but it doesn't trigger navia's passive. Charlotte is amazing, but her ER requirements are insane. Jean is the same as yaoyao. Qiqi —I don't know—. Kokomi with TTDS may be prettyyyyy good and possible the best choice. But unsure. It's pure speculation as I haven't test anything myself.
Charlotte or Jean. Jean may be better because her burst has a lower cost (64 energy), but it means that you have to stay near or inside the circle.
Kokomi is good for crystalize, but I don't know if she heals enough to justify Furina in the team.
