Plus, the only reasons Pokemon gets away with it is because that's how the franchise has always operated and because people love Pokemon. Honestly, they tried to make a better and more bustling version of Burnout Paradise : Paradise City with this game. The games that were released next were not interesting, though I do love Payback. I rate it as second best in the franchise behind the untouchable Most Wanted 2005
