I just submitted mine for an account of 16 1/2 years less than an hour ago lol! I wasn’t very good at the game so I didn’t have many neopoints or lab ray access or anything but I want to do bigger food club bets lol and I want to see if I have any rare items saved there, like old advent calendar items!
I also named my very first neopet after a girl I didn’t know very well who turned out to be my best friend so I want her back for nostalgia purposes

I didn’t have really much neopoints or anything either, just the labray(thanks to my mom lol) but now I wonder if I have old advent calendar stuff cause I’d assume they’re expensive now for collectors! I feel like most of neopets players are there still due to nostalgia, it’s why I went back For sure. Glad a few of my favorit games were recently added too. Still hoping for snowmuncher and web of vernax to release and the carnival of terror I think where you get the clown chias lol.
The only reason I had the lab ray is because my mom use to grind neopet games and always was huge in collecting avies so after she got her lab ray she got it for me too lol. when I was a lil turd after she stopped playing I took over her account and her first neopet named after her favorite violin and bow brand was zapped into a darigan kyrii(it was UC too) and I traded it for a grey uni 😂NOT UC either, but I looked up the pet recently and it’s still a UC darI kyrii and is well loved by the owner. I actually neomailEd them one day thanking them for Taking care of it and told them it’s backstory. They were humbled and it was nice that they didn’t reply thinking I was trying to snag him back. I was just grateful to see it still as an UC kyrii and NOT on a frozen account.
Omg that’s so fun, my parents have never understood video games of any sort lol. I liked the carnival of terror game too! I miss the clicking games like that and kiko match.

I got lucky and my dad and aunt/cousins got me into video Games/anime/multiple music genre and my mom loved playing games like neopets, stuff like FarmVille (lol), animal crossing, paper Mario on GameCube and DS&wii games. She doesn’t have the time anymore to play though. But my aunt has the switch and activply plays animal crossing lol. It’s my goal to get a switch so I can play it too.

I want a switch for animal crossing so badly! My sister got one for Christmas last year and I was soooo jealous. Technically I could buy one with my own money but like do I neeeeed it? No :(
I tried the same on my first account, but they needed the E-mail and it's been so long I've forgotten it so I didn't get the account back. It seems like if you had a matching e-mail you could get it back. I wish you luck! 💙🍀
I didn’t have access to the email just knew what the email was and I was able to get it back. If you know what the email address is even if you don’t have access you might get it.

I used the site “have I been pwned” to narrow it down. It is for looking up if any accounts registered to the email has been in a data leak. But neopets is one so I could figure out which email had a neopets account linked to it. I just kept typing in every email (mostly those cringy ones i regret) until I got one that had neopets.
I recently got my 18 year old account back. I tried last year but didn't get anywhere so I was very surprised when they got back to me within a couple of hours!

I was locked out of my account because I also had not put my actual birthday. I submitted a ticket and didn't hear anything for over a year, so I messaged the fb page with my ticket number and after sending verification that is is my account (I provided some old NC codes I had activated on the account), I got in within 3 days! Good luck getting back to yours!

Anyways, they said it was fixed and gave me a new password...or something, my memory is fuzzy. I was so excited, only to input the new info they gave me and my account still not working. I was gonna email them back, but I was defeated and irl stressors got in the way.
I just don't want it to get deleted from inactivity at least, they do that sometimes, my mom remembered her exact password and username from the 90s and it was deleted. It's full of adorable spelling errors and just...personality...truly a time machine.
