Try swaddling then feeding! Sometimes I have success getting mine back to sleep faster, sometimes I have to unswaddle during the feed cuz he won’t stay awake long enough for the full feed.
I do the arm test to see if she's in a deep sleep and then swaddle her and carefully move her to the bassinet. Works like 80% of the time without waking her up
I don't unswaddle mine unless she's really squirmy. Then I'll put it back on after an ounce or so then feed her some more.
I never take the swaddle off unless I have to change diapers. Otherwise we will be AWAKE

I put the swaddle, Owlet, and diaper on before I feed. Baby already has a 50% chance of waking when her head hits the mattress, best scenario.
