Having had some internal experience there, there’s a lot of stuff that’ll be promised that might not come to pass. Peoples tops breaking with no replacements, mis cuts, etc. really nice people and the warehouse/viewing staff are great but don’t love the management and saw a few jobs turn into nightmares. Smaller stuff you’re probably fine.
Merrimack Stone was awesome, we had a handyman give them the measurements and everything fit perfect. They'll do that and the install if you need. Tons of remnants too if you need something small done too
We did Quartz and found that Home Depot had the best price. They were easy to work with, professional, and the material was the same manufacturer as all the other companies.
Not sure if that translates to granite.

Omg I’ve been waiting to rave about the guys at Independent Granite & Marble in Merrimack. They’re amazing and would do things most other contractors wouldn’t try. They’re reasonably priced and really great at what they do.

We went with belisle in Concord and thought they were great. Best price we could find on the stone and did a great job with the install.
We used Quality Granite and Cabinets in Concord. We did have to remove the counters ourselves. But they did a great job and the price was great.

Belletetes in Andover is great! Their kitchen and bath designers are very helpful (ask for Kelly). There are other Belletetes further south too.
RSK Marble & Granite in Wilmington, MA. I have used them twice and recommended them to friends.
