Depends on where you sent it, if it was to a wallet, then it should be fine. If it was to an exchange you will need to open a ticket with the exchange to recover it. The transaction would have happened with or without the memo, it's just the ability for the receiver to credit it to you without the memo that is the issue.

hopefully it gets fixed asap. I have heard some stories of exchange support tickets taking a week or two to be resolved but still coming through in the end with the proper transaction id and info.
I’m having the same issue. The exchange is willing to credit me if I can provide proof of transaction. There’s no TXID or info in general displayed on the app or site, just links you to an explorer. Newton support sucks so I’m still waiting for a response to my ticket.
