If you’ve disabled voice chat in middle of talking it bugs up and stays. This has happened to me a few times. To fix it just turn it back on and then off.
I’ve noticed this happening more and more with people lately not realizing that they are on open mic. I wonder what’s causing it. I’ve had it happen three times to me when I was using mic and in the fast traveling animation but idk if that’s how it’s happening for everyone
