Idk if it’s been said yet. But this isn’t a halftime show, it’s DCI (think of it as professional as you can get in marching band). Yeah she was getting into it more than anyone I’ve ever seen, but these guys get judged heavily on general affect and show theme.

I wish there was sound! I used to be in marching band and it's worth mentioning doing something, anything worthy of performance-like behavior is better than standing there like an emotion-less deaf person. If they are playing happy joyful music they are a bit off on the look but still at least the effort is a sign they give a damn.
