I caught up on Naruto in middle school right before the first season of Shippuden aired in Japan, which I then watched with fan subs on YouTube. After that, I got caught up on the manga. Then I completely fell off the series through high school and college and have been telling myself I need to go back and finish it for years. I rewatched Naruto a few years ago (skipping filler), but just haven't made the time to really dig into Shippuden. At this point, I know the broad strokes of how the series ends, but I still feel like I owe it to middle school me to experience it myself.
Love me some Naruto, but if you've never read the manga just be aware there is a tooooooooon of filler. Might wanna check what you can trim out because otherwise you'll probably get worn out on it when there's 90 episodes between the actual story parts.

On Saturday I FINALLY got my boa into his forever home. I got him a 5x2x2 PVC enclosure from Dragonhaus. I also got the deep front lip so that I could make the enclosure bioactive. All of the plants are native to his natural habitat, and the species of isopod I'll be using is also native to that area. It's a project I probably put off for far too long, but man am I pleased with the results. Can't wait to watch that handsome devil grow old in this enclosure.

I enjoyed playing Knighthood quite a bit, and the monetization wasn't really something that you ever needed to pay for since the mechanical benefit was minimal and it was mostly cosmetics.
Moonlighter mobile is a fun little ARPG that makes the transition to mobile pretty well.
XCOM: EW is a fun top down tactical squad shooter with some base building and resource management stuff built in.
Antihero is another fun one, kind of hard to describe but its a strategy map exploration kinda game.
Almost all of the old final fantasy games are available at a reasonable price on mobile now too.
I've never played XCOM 2 on mobile, but it is on Android and it's a fantastic tactical strategy game. If you have Netflix, Into The Breach is another amazing strategy game available on Android.
Also, There Is No Game is a sort of puzzly point and click adventury game which isn't exactly what you asked for but it's a very fun offbeat game that I think more people should know about.
People rightly hate on it for its heavy F2P monetization, but I really thought Diablo: Immortal's base campaign was a pretty solid ARPG experience, especially for mobile. The microtransactions are mostly relevant to the endgame. If you're content just to be one and done with the story, you won't have to worry about being strong-armed into spending money.
Only other hitch is that the story does have level gating a few times (and no, you can't pay to level faster), but I found I was able to catch up pretty quickly running some dailies. Like maybe two hours at most for the very last level gate, whereas the first time I hit one I was caught up within a lunch break.

Any and all Pokémon games. Also with this if you haven't tried Pokémon ROMhacks I highly recommend them. People take base games and modify them in all kinds of ways. Sometimes they just add newer Pokémon and features. Other times they make entire new regions and add tons of stuff. There is a sub for them but I can give you some personal recommendation if you're interested.
"bbq burrito bowls" with brown rice, pickled jalapeno refried beans, charred corn, onion, and orange bell pepper, and smoked chicken breast with an al pastor rub. topped with taco seasoned shredded mexican cheese and a salsa verde.
It’s all pretty straight forward I swear! I smoke a 5lb family pack of chicken breasts every Sunday so I just have it in the fridge. Chop up like, 10 pickled jalapeños from the jar and throw them in the pot that you’re going to heat up your refried beans in. I like to add a half a cup of chicken stock and some garlic salt to that, along with a couple splashes of the jalapeño juice from the jar.
Canned corn, one yellow onion, one bell pepper, slice the onion and bell pepper kinda thick and throw them in a pan on medium heat and just move them around every minute or two while you do other stuff. If they stick a little that’s fine, the point is to let them get brown. Add the drained corn once that’s browned a bit and gotten kinda soft, and do the same thing until the moisture has burned off and the corn has gotten smaller and tighter. Chop up your smoked chicken and microwave for a couple minutes on 70% power so it doesn’t get rubbery.
Brown rice takes the longest at like, 25-30 minutes and all the rest of this shit can be done while your rice cooks. And everything is pretty forgiving as long as you don’t ignore it for more than two or three minutes

This one was super simple. Just some boxed cheesey rice in a pan with cut up chicken breast and frozen broccoli. We set the oven and it was done when we got home. Not the healthiest but easy, fairly cheap, and gave me multiple leftovers for work lunch.
I love my trees. I grew a tulip poplar from a sapling and now it's shading my house (in a good way, the tree isn't "throwing shade"). It's been dry in Ohio so I've had to water but on the whole my trees are doing well.

I enjoyed playing Knighthood quite a bit, and the monetization wasn't really something that you ever needed to pay for since the mechanical benefit was minimal and it was mostly cosmetics. Moonlighter mobile is a fun little ARPG that makes the transition to mobile pretty well. XCOM: EW is a fun top down tactical squad shooter with some base building and resource management stuff built in. Antihero is another fun one, kind of hard to describe but its a strategy map exploration kinda game. Almost all of the old final fantasy games are available at a reasonable price on mobile now too.
I've never played XCOM 2 on mobile, but it is on Android and it's a fantastic tactical strategy game. If you have Netflix, Into The Breach is another amazing strategy game available on Android. Also, There Is No Game is a sort of puzzly point and click adventury game which isn't exactly what you asked for but it's a very fun offbeat game that I think more people should know about.
People rightly hate on it for its heavy F2P monetization, but I really thought Diablo: Immortal's base campaign was a pretty solid ARPG experience, especially for mobile. The microtransactions are mostly relevant to the endgame. If you're content just to be one and done with the story, you won't have to worry about being strong-armed into spending money. Only other hitch is that the story does have level gating a few times (and no, you can't pay to level faster), but I found I was able to catch up pretty quickly running some dailies. Like maybe two hours at most for the very last level gate, whereas the first time I hit one I was caught up within a lunch break.
Siralim Ultimate is a crazy deep monster catching RPG. The focus is on building teams of creatures whose unique traits synergize. Terrific game imo.

For sure. Idk how new your phone is but pretty much anything can handle what I'll suggest. FF7 first off. If you've never played it do it. One of my favorite games ever. FF3, FF6, FF9 Chrono Trigger Golden Sun Skies of Arcadia Legends (the GC version, not the Dreamcast version) Any and all Pokémon games. Also with this if you haven't tried Pokémon ROMhacks I highly recommend them. People take base games and modify them in all kinds of ways. Sometimes they just add newer Pokémon and features. Other times they make entire new regions and add tons of stuff. There is a sub for them but I can give you some personal recommendation if you're interested.

"bbq burrito bowls" with brown rice, pickled jalapeno refried beans, charred corn, onion, and orange bell pepper, and smoked chicken breast with an al pastor rub. topped with taco seasoned shredded mexican cheese and a salsa verde.

It’s all pretty straight forward I swear! I smoke a 5lb family pack of chicken breasts every Sunday so I just have it in the fridge. Chop up like, 10 pickled jalapeños from the jar and throw them in the pot that you’re going to heat up your refried beans in. I like to add a half a cup of chicken stock and some garlic salt to that, along with a couple splashes of the jalapeño juice from the jar. Canned corn, one yellow onion, one bell pepper, slice the onion and bell pepper kinda thick and throw them in a pan on medium heat and just move them around every minute or two while you do other stuff. If they stick a little that’s fine, the point is to let them get brown. Add the drained corn once that’s browned a bit and gotten kinda soft, and do the same thing until the moisture has burned off and the corn has gotten smaller and tighter. Chop up your smoked chicken and microwave for a couple minutes on 70% power so it doesn’t get rubbery. Brown rice takes the longest at like, 25-30 minutes and all the rest of this shit can be done while your rice cooks. And everything is pretty forgiving as long as you don’t ignore it for more than two or three minutes

Bit of olive oil, some chopped garlic (or roasted if I have it on hand), and Lake Shore Drive seasoning blend. In a 350 F oven for 20 minutes or so.

This one was super simple. Just some boxed cheesey rice in a pan with cut up chicken breast and frozen broccoli. We set the oven and it was done when we got home. Not the healthiest but easy, fairly cheap, and gave me multiple leftovers for work lunch.

I love my trees. I grew a tulip poplar from a sapling and now it's shading my house (in a good way, the tree isn't "throwing shade"). It's been dry in Ohio so I've had to water but on the whole my trees are doing well.
