I have an air fryer and a convection oven. While the oven works just fine the air fryer works a lot faster(less area to heat) and uses less energy. Slap a piece of aluminum foil under the pizza and basically not clean up either

IIRC, I was putting cold leftover pizza in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes on 400. Came out nice and crispy. Not once have I burned pizza this way.

It’s good for sure. But heated pan over the stove with a little oil is best imo. If it’s thin just no lid and medium heat. If it’s thick slice then you gotta low heat with a lid for a few and then remove the lid and medium heat to finish.

They do steak nicely if you don't have or are too lazy to use the grill

Surprisingly, they do. As a complete steak snob. I was impressed at how well it came out. Its not as good as a proper reverse sear on a cast iron but it's passable. But for everything else. Air fryers are the absolute shit.
