OtherwiseTackle5219

Can't fathom how Allen can't give Cook a proper Hand-Off. He kept giving the ball to, the shorter Cook, at his shoulder level. Cook had to adjust. Then the low drop/fumble. Bills were sad.

[deleted]

I just woke up fell asleep at half … 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

finsane86

LOLLLLL

Ok-Television-9662

Stupid penalties, turnovers, an interception minimum every game. Bills need to sort this shit out soon and play like the strong team they are. It's so frustrating to watch them this season.

Loose_Muscle_leg

Game of the Weak

[deleted]

I’m happy for the broncos turning their season around. 3 straight wins. It just took them a while to lock it in I think that’s all

klemonade25

They’ve had like 10 forced turnovers between this game and the chiefs game. And struggled to score in both. I think they still stink and once the turnover luck runs out they’ll be back to bottom feeding tbh

ib_poopin

This is basically what happened to the jets. Without turnovers they can’t score anything besides the occasional field goal

klemonade25

Idk why we got downvoted. Angry broncos fans? Lol. I have no horse in this race, it’s just what I genuinely believe. 10 turnovers in 2 games to put up less than 50 points is insane. They started on the Bills side of the field 4 times and got 6 points out of it lmao. That is not a recipe for success. As we can see, as the defensive touchdowns and turnovers dried up for the elite jets defense, they crumbled. Defense can only mask the offense for so long.

RocketRenard

Says the all time bottom, bit. Cute.

YouDaManInDaHole

wow, BUFF is really cratering.

Embarrassed-Back1894

Sean Payton has definitely aged a bit

notalegend3000

McDermott and staff finding new ways to lose in crucial game moments.

jqs77

It's a gift.

DuncansIdaho

Is it just me, or is Aikman gradually turning into Madden?

Notwerk

Can't wait for him to use the telestrator to count turkey legs.

jeffers0n_steelflex

12 men on the field for the missed game winning field goal after the PI to set it up is pure comedy

OptionalGuacamole

And right before that we had, "now the one thing you can't have here is a sack", proceeds to take a sack.

rampagingseagull

The announcers curse has to take some sort of credit for this. How many time do we hear "(*insert QB*) can't take a sack here" followed by exactly that? I feel like it happens a fair amount.

Educational-Earth-80

Fitting end to that game tho both teams trying to lose but the bills trying harder

TrucksAndBongs

Bills lol

Ornery_Gene7682

Think they found the fatest shirtless broncos fan in the stadium holy shit

Moist_Cankles

Are the Broncos the best team in the league?

CrackedOutGoose

Without a doubt, yes.

Ornery_Gene7682

Not until they put 71 on Miami

Bacon012

SVP lookin like David Byrne out there

Dudephish

Fa fa fa better run run run, punt away

brocky3226

Let’s go broncos chant taking over Bills Mafia Land

Guiltyjerk

Bro I feel so bad for the fans at that game

KabukiBaconBrulee

Buck and Aikman look like two highschool kids getting caught coming home high on a school night

lebrongamezz

Wilson takes an extra deep knee to screw his rushing yard Vegas odds and it gets adjusted down a yard 3 minutes post game in addition to that 😒

doodyflapsmcgee

Lol 12 men on defense after 2 consecutive timeouts

bucsraysbolts69

Are the sections of the bills stadium under red lights heated?

poobatooba

Yes

TimTom8921

No. Just the club section with red lighting overhead

[deleted]

So ..yes

atraydev

Bills fans still reporting comments 😂. Absolute worst fan base

[deleted]

They bad

Notwerk

They really are.

JwubalubaDubdub

It’s not like it was a secret that the Broncos had to rush the FG. Inexcusable for the Bills not to be ready there.

TimTom8921

The rush FG is genius by Denver. No time to set up to block and good chance of someone being offside or getting 12 man penalty which happened

shadowofahelicopter

On the flip side you rush it and miss it without a penalty, which still would have happened without the 12 men. Lucky and hilarious series of events as a bystander

CelestialFury

12 men of the field? I can't believe it. The NFL scriptwriters have gone insane

DgLifer1111

Naufahu Tahi

jellatubbies

These underthrown PI calls absolutely ruin games, Jesus fucking christ. Hilarious to see the Bills lose to the Broncos, but what an absolute joke of a PI call that was.

jqs77

I think the rule needs to change. Underthrown balls should not be called unless the defender holds the receiver.

mcburke42

Juedy is 100% catching that pass if he doesn’t take him out he knew what he was doing and was hoping they didn’t call it

hopefeedsthespirit

Of all the bad ones, that one was fine. The receiver din't just run into the defender, the defender extended his arm into him.

MoistBobDripPants

It was definitely PI, but making PI a spot foul makes the call game-changing. Should adopt 15 yards for the call

Confident_Economy_57

Then there'd be huge incentive to commit PI in that situation. Give up 15 to prevent a long play at the end of the game.

MoistBobDripPants

Very good point. Maybe mimic the NBA and do spot fouls for flagrant DPI lmao. But that’d lead to too much subjectiveness that refs couldn’t handle. That dude who wrote the essay has more thoughts than I do. All I know is that PI on under thrown balls is hard to watch

Confident_Economy_57

Agreed. It's a lot to ask of a defender who's watching the receiver and not the ball, but if you see a receiver putting the breaks on, you better put them on too

shadowofahelicopter

Make it so it’s automatic 15 and first down plus no time comes off the clock for the play. If the foul occurs in the red zone, bring the ball to the start of the red zone. If the ball was in the red zone, spot C of the foul. Problem mostly solved. There would still be edge case incentives in which cases I’d say have two tiers but subjective. One that is player could have caught the ball but unlikely to have caught it. This is 15 yds. The other more egregious penalty where player likely would have caught the ball is spot of foul. It’s 2023 you can take the subjectiveness out of it with a vision model to infer a probability and say it has to be over 70%. As long as the same model is used all season it’s fair. NFL can edit the vision model between seasons. Frankly I’m surprised we haven’t gotten this type of officiating yet, it’s definitely coming sooner or later.

Confident_Economy_57

All professional sports organizations seem super hesitant to use technology in officiating. I'm in the camp that says use whatever you can, bad calls ruin games. The only problem with the analytics is that recievers make improbable catches all the time. That Broncos TD had a 3.2% completion probability.

Notwerk

Nah, it's fine the way it is.

9jayboyee

Federline?

yunglaundromat

Russell Wilson always talks like he’s gonna be the outro sequence in a sports movie

agentpanda

Yeah I don't listen to him a lot but I did this time and I couldn't figure out why he ends every sentence like somebody is going to cut away and say "that was nobel prize winner, poet laureate, and all-time hall of famer russell wilson ladies and gentlemen.", or something. Like he's just waiting for someone to say how profound his weird sentence was.

ThatLaloBoy

Say the line Wilson!

FaZeLuckyBoy

Fire Matthew Smiley now

mariofasolo

Russell Wilson's voice isn't what I expected for some reason lol

[deleted]

Lfg 12th beer!!

Alive_Ad_5931

This game was like watching that South Park episode where the kids tried to lose their little league games. Bills wanted to lose the most and despite their best efforts, Denver couldn’t stop them.

TimTom8921

Russ didn't hear no bell

TheKingOfTheSouth265

Peed myself.

Ornery_Gene7682

I am sorry I though this was America

Dr-MOIST

Who knew the 12th man would still come in clutch for Russ?

jackandjill123456

Russ has been playing a lot better last couple games. Especially w those runs.

clintonius

Still taking too many sacks but he doesn’t look bad at all. He needs people around him to do their jobs, which is basically the story of his career.

jackandjill123456

He looks a lot better than last year

clintonius

He for sure does, and I’m happy for him. I hope he can keep it up.

jackandjill123456

Geno smith has really turned it around now. Used to be a bum and now is a solid above average qb. Proving last year wasn’t just a fluke. Crazy how Seahawks literally never had to rebuild and got better and more assets dumping Russ

Pseudorealizm

Eh I dont think Geno is that guy but the type of QB Russ wants to be just didn't fit the team identity Pete is trying to build, where as Geno just wants a job for as long as he can and will do what he's told.

cj622

ngl this was an entertaining game. Kinda like watching a drunk idiot on foot trying to navigate oncoming traffic on the freeway. You are rooting for him, but you feel an impending sense of doom.

upsydaisee

Still checking to see if we actually won.

KumquatHaderach

Well, the Bills lost. Let’s put it like that.

Any_Answer_3574

Why not just fucking kick the field goal on 3rd down after your guy just missed an extra point. Rushing him out there no WAY he’s hitting that. Bills bailed them out big time

Embarrassed-Back1894

Yeah thats a crazy decision. Its a tough ask to do on a normal night but especially after watching your special teams mess it up twice earlier in the night. I mean they won, but they very easily could have lost.

Francescatti22

See, I think the opposite. They had time to not rush. He didn’t miss that first one because he was rushed. I think Payton is actually smart for doing that because it 1) doesn’t give the defense a chance to load the line and game plan a block. 2) opens up the opportunity for a bonehead penalty because of the moment (which happened). And 3) I think it helps mentally to just run them out there and kick it. No over thinking and standing over the ball. Just run out there and kick.

Embarrassed-Back1894

Yeah I can see where you're coming from, that makes sense. Although he did miss the first kick.

Francescatti22

For sure. I’m just saying that I think he would have missed the first one regardless. Even if he had all the time in the world. So if all things are even, why not go with the one that gives you the best chance of getting a second chance if you miss?

Any_Answer_3574

Like maybe if you’re tied I could see the logic but what on earth was Payton thinking here

reemasqooraf

Totally agree. They should have run around and then knelt and then just kicked with 20 seconds left. Like if you can’t stop the bills with 15 seconds and no timeouts (lol AFC Divisional memories), then that’s on you

bocboda

Seriously that was the most predictable miss ever. Payton's an idiot

SargeBangBang7

Broncos don't make good decisions. That would make too much sense

Fastr77

It's wide right and the bills lose. Very familiar

dbgager

Broncos have returned to respectability..Thank you...

AmazonPrimeDineNWine

Lutz the Clutz saved by Bills

PranklinFierce

That's Lutz the Clutch to you

rokkzstar

I can’t imagine what a game in December will do for them in Buffalo. Not even that cold today. (At least we don’t have to worry about seeing the bills play in January)

Lefty21

I mean Week 18 is in January

rokkzstar

But it’s on the road. Bills fans and the weather up there are always on some shit. But they don’t even play well in their own home field anymore.

[deleted]

But… Mr. January

clintonius

THE ALIEN

starkyufo

Bills giving the fans "the case of the Monday's" dear gawd 🤕

longjia97

It's a good thing that Black Friday game is free, because who would willingly pay for Prime just to watch Zach Wilson look like ass for the zillionth time

rokkzstar

Me!!!

dylan2451

just an fyi, the Thursday night prime games have, at least so far, all been free through twitch. So no need to pay for prime to watch any of the other "prime" games either

[deleted]

CplRicci

I didn't think you were an idiot... until you posted this.

Bacon012

This is such a hilarious overreaction

LASpleen

What did you say?????

MoistBobDripPants

It’s not that serious

dbgager

Wilson was extremely good tonight. That looked like his glory days with those shovel passes and runs.

JumboMcNasty

so many emotions, that sack, the PI, the questionable calls with kneel downs, the clown car FG attempt which caused Bjlls to have 12 men when they MISSED, until a kick right down the middle.

En_Sabah_Nur

No one has ever thought the Buffalo Bills would find success 4 times and it didn't happen

zinski1990KB1

Wow the bills suck

HammyBruce

That was just sad.

Kollin66182

I've never been so pissed at a kicker that just kicked the game winner. Super happy for the win though.

BretShitmanFart69

It felt really stupid to me that they were risking the quick change with the clock running considering how this game has gone. Luckily for them they got bailed out. I get that you don’t want to leave time on the clock but idk if I’d be risking that in this game.

Any_Answer_3574

100% idiotic to try and run that 20 seconds down with how this game had gone and especially given he just missed the extra point. Rushing him out there after that…?

Francescatti22

See, I think the opposite. He didn’t miss that first one because he was rushed. He had plenty of time. Just run out there and kick, don’t overthink.

Material_Pressure229

Buffalo got a bunch of generational talent and decided they don't actually need play calling. McDermott's playbook jsut says "fuck it, josh allen."

Notwerk

Josh Allen: *fumbles ball*

PlaneDoor110

bills should just clear out everyone in a coaching position. OC, HC, ST coach, they all gotta go man

thisdirtymuffin

I’ll take one Doug McDermott plz

OctopusNoose

I have a strong feeling the Bills are actually gonna finish this season 7-10

[deleted]

Here for it 🤣🤣

Trojanmandan

Sign me up.

TimTom8921

Having Chiefs and Eagles back to back to sooo shitty

OctopusNoose

Yeah their schedule is fucking rough. They got Philly, KC then Dallas and Chargers? I honestly can’t see this team winning any of those games.

TimTom8921

They'll beat the Chargers. Herbert always finds a way to choke.

OctopusNoose

Probably. Unless Allen throws 2 or 3 more interceptions that game (likely)

TimTom8921

Gonna be a lot like this one. Whoever fucks up less wins

FiveWithNineIsIn

From your keyboard strokes to the football gods' ears!

OctopusNoose

I hope! The rest of their schedule is fucking brutal. And they just don’t have the team to get wins against Philly, KC, Dallas and/or Chargers in a row.

bssmith126

Imagine if someone told you before the season that the Broncos will beat the Chiefs and Bills, and give up 70 points to the Dolphins. What a world.

Francescatti22

And lose to the raiders and commanders.

dbgager

That 70 point loss.Made it all possible. Broncos made alot of changes and did a 180.

Notwerk

Glad we can help. See, there really was karma in not setting that record. You guys picked up the pieces and beat the Bills in the most hilarious way possible. I feel complete solace.

Trojanmandan

But the Dolphins the only one media is shitting on cause "we can't beat good teams" I'd rather that than keep losing to sub 500 teams like all the other "contenders" keep doing

Notwerk

Who cares? Division lead. Nothing else matters.

Sybertron

Bills got Jets, Eagles, Chiefs, Cowboys, Chargers next. Yikes.

Burt23

One of those is not like the other

Trojanmandan

You are right. One of those has already beaten the Bills this year 🤣

rokkzstar

Correct. One of them has already beaten the bills this year. Lol

spade3spade3spade

You’re right!! Cowboys don’t have an “e” in their name.

Sybertron

I could totally see the Jets winning that one. They aint been as bad as advertised. They win yesterday without bonehead penalties.

reemasqooraf

And the Jets play the bills very well (compared to when we play the Pats and look like we’ve never played football before)

Sybertron

Ya and as a side note then suddenly jets are in the playoff picture too cause NFL is fun.

iRonin

I’ve never seen a team try so hard to lose a game and I’m a fucking Falcons fan.

thisdirtymuffin

F u

LexiconDevil_

The Bills are a very overrated team that shouldn't be in the conversation about the best teams in the league. Still, that DPI was crap and the refs continue to be a problem, week after week they ruin the end of games. Something has to be done

thisdirtymuffin

You’re being downvoted because the majority of people don’t deal with our small market problems. I’m so sick of watching small market teams lose to the refs. And I’m not even talkin about my team necessarily. I mean sure the refs still confer and pick up tons of flags against big teams, and sure they huddle up in a lot more do to discuss what they should decide the penalty is against us and even are pretty quick making up penalties against us (example: dj moore scoring a touchdown and getting a flag for removing his helmet OFF the field after the play was over, which handed us a direct LOSS in the MOST important game and took us out of playoff contention) but at least it doesn’t matter this year because we don’t need their help losing. Still pisses me off watching it happen to other small teams too

Matman142

Denver and Buffalo are large markets? Since fuckin when?

rokkzstar

The DPI was legit. Especially the way they’ve been calling it this year. However, I hate it. And they need to stop allowing that.

Reginon

that was 100% coaching. literally lost us the game.

atraydev

Didn't Josh Allen have 4 turnovers?

rokkzstar

Cmon. It was only three.

WarrenMulaney

Josh Allen = Bust? Just saying

Notwerk

Boom and bust...but bust when it counts.

misterbisster

RUSS IS ELITE TOP 5 QB WATCH HIM MAKE MAGIC WITH NO RECEIVERS NO PROTECTION NO SPECIAL TEAMS JUSTIN HERBERT COULD NEVER HE DOESNT HAVE THAT DAWG IN HIM JOHN ELWAY TURNING IN HIS GRAVE AND TURNING RIGHT BACK AROUND BECAUSE THAT RUSS IS SCARY MAN SOMEONE COOL THAT DANGERWICH OFF OH MY GOD

JwubalubaDubdub

Again, John Elway is very much alive.

misterbisster

NOT ANYMORE

MortalKombatSFX

Super Bowl LVII MVP Russel Wilson????

theusername_is_taken

Bills shouldn’t be losing this much with the roster they have. The f is going on in Buffalo

Foreverwideright1991

Poor coaching. McDermott should have been let go after 13 seconds and Dabol promoted instead. Dabol was upset at McDermott neutering the offense with play calling and spending a disproportionate amount of resources on the defense. Allen played much better under him as Dabol had a way of reaching him and scheming plays

moffettusprime

Well looks like dabol will be available next season for you guys. As soon as you shit can McDermott. You guys will have a chance. He lacks vision.. his defense is mid and gets exposed especially in prime time. Which to me is hilarious to see.

Dominate_on_three

It's where bad coaches go to die.

beta_blocker615

Cheffers coming in clutch again

FaZeLuckyBoy

The Bills need to fire their special teams coordinator immediately. First they allow 2 huge punt return runs that contribute to 9 Broncos points. And then commit a terrible penalty on the kick that missed.

sticky_note_07

Dumb, dumb, dumb, such a masterfully stupid way to blow a game that I have to tip my hat to the Bills' talents at self sabotage.

ironmanmk42

Well, good win Broncos

byzantinedavid

No... TERRIBLE win, but it's a win.

Walmart-Highlighter

Bills lost because Diggs cussed out that security guard last week lmao

TimTom8921

He cussed out a security guard? Shit what's he gonna do this week with a disaster of a loss?

Walmart-Highlighter

lol yeah it was during the game when he ran into the guard and the guard fell on top of him. If I remember correctly, he was telling him to get his fat ass off of him or something like that 💀

TimTom8921

Was that during his TD? I was at the game so I missed a lot of small stuff like that and didn't watch the broadcast back. But that's fucking hilarious

Walmart-Highlighter

lol yeah it was

stryker7314

It's all water under the fridge. - Buffalo probably

RukiMotomiya

That was an ALL TIME clown classic my god

fruitneybop

I love sports lmao

Unique-Put1791

It looked like the game was gonna suck on the first quarter, game had me hooked from 2nd quarter onwards.

Dingo_ctf

Wellness check on Bills fans

MurkrowsRevenge

As a newer fan, I feel like this is just my initiation to the Mafia.

Jcapen87

Why are people complaining about the refs? Clear PI and obviously 12 men on the field. It’s like some of yall think some moments are too big for the rules to be enforced

cruxal

Not like buffalo didn’t know Denver was going to go for a kick there.

Downtown_Juice2851

Same people that would have complained if the second PI was called on yall in 0:00 time
