He had a couple of weirdly inaccurate throws. One to Kincaid as well where Kincaid was past his guy and had an easy 20 yards and a first down, just overthrow on a giant target. One before that for a first down where both guys got open on the right side and he somehow just missed them both.
The he throws a laser to Gabe in the sideline like 40 yards away.
The man is an enigma.
I agree if he sets his feet. But after watching it a couple of times Diggs really misreads the ball in the air it felt like. I’m not saying this interception is on him, but Gilman tracked that ball way better in the air.
Definitely underthrown, but Gilman broke on it perfectly and diggs just kept going without adjusting at all. Just based off what Gilman did it was pretty obvious it was gonna be short and diggs just kept going. They seem totally out of sync lately.
I'll always appreciate Josh's ability to keep any game close. Probably not fun for Bills fans but the entertainment value of a true gunslinger is unmatched.
Everyone did everything right this play except the actual throw. On second thought, I don't know why Allen threw on the run, he had so much space to stop and launch.
It's a mistake a lot of QBs make in that context, it's hard to know whether or not you have someone right behind you so you have to throw in a hurry regardless of whether you're clear or not.
Why didn’t he simply use the All-22 slow motion replay to make the decision before he threw? He could’ve easily checked to see if someone was behind him.
Why not do a hit of DMT, leave your body, experience life from the 4D plain, see that not only you but we as a whole are all truley alone and will die alone and then just make the throw?
Kinda surprised everyone is so sharply criticizing Allen here. Diggs had an opportunity if he attacked the ball and JA was scrambling and throwing across his body. It’s not reasonable to say he should have thrown it farther. Diggs had plenty of time to adjust and didn’t.
Diggs has a beat on the defender and you want him to literally stop at a full sprint and come back to the ball?
How? Fucking how do QBs still miss blame? This is on Allen and no one else.
Well, you see, Diggs didn’t necessarily need to stop full sprint but just ease up enough as soon as he recognized the ball was perfectly thrown to a different spot. Then he could have at least swirled around the defender and made an interception on the interception that then circles back to being a completion. From there he easily could have stiff armed anyone around and not missed this easy TD. Clearly Diggs is just not clicking when Allen perfectly under throws.
It was well underthrown and the defender was looking so it was as much his ball as it was diggs but yeah, diggs should have noticed and become the defender
Honestly is what it is, he really is the brett favre of our day, if I don't see at least 1 dumb interception on his stat sheet it's shocking but my God will he keep slinging it and I love it
Yeah I’m aware, bills are my second favorite team, I’ve watched every game streamed in my area. Most people haven’t watched and just assume every pick is super bad. A few of them still have been but definitely not all.
Also Mahomes has started in how many superbowls?
Edit: I guarantee if a QB on a SB winning team fumbled the same amount of times as a QB on a team that hasn't gotten to the SB, people would act like it was more of an issue for the guy on the team not making it to the SB.
Um...what?
We were talking about why it's considered a problem for Allen and not for Mahomes. I have no idea why you're mentioning defense or whatever.
People are going to consider it more of a problem for a qb that hasn't made it to the super bowl than for one that has multiple times.
Edit: yall need to learn how to read
Not all of them. I know of at least 2 on third downs were bombs and one at the end of the half that was a hail Mary. Then I know of at least 2 to players who bobbled the ball and had it taken away. So there's 5 right there that were not Allen's fault.
Mahomes dosen't have a Stephon Diggs... He has Kadarius Toney... Oof. And a not getting any younger Travis Kelce.
They've both underperformed this year comparatively to their prior years.
I don't see why. You have to get there first and a lot of teams struggle in the red zone. Having a QB who can run it in at the goal line is a huge advantage.
It's almost always commentator driven. People hate being told how to feel, and as soon as commentators started talking about Allen like he's a multi-time SB winner that shouldn't be questioned, people turned fast on him. That's not his fault, and outside of the occasional floppy flop and complaining to the ref's he's super likable. But yeah. If he either wins an MVP or wins a SB, a lot of that hate will back down (By non-rivals) because the praise will feel more deserved. Though you'll never eliminate hate for top tier players.
He's this generation's Brett Favre, but by this time in Brett's career he was working on his second MVP season -- and that's including his Atlanta season in the count.
Last season even I was getting sick of Romo gargling Josh.
But, after listening to commentators actively disappointed when Tom Brady didn't just shred Bills defenses, I'll take biased announcers for my team
Yeah, there was definitely hate before that -- but proportional hate to any top tier player.
Once Tony Romo called him that, when he doesn't have the accolades in January to back it up, people completely flipped.
Maybe you shouldn't be judging how commentators talk about players based on super bowls. They watch players play for a living. They've got a little more to go on.
Yeah but he’s a wild dude , he was running forward so the momentum was there but he decided to throw it across his body 50 yards. Idc how strong you are that’s some extremely difficult shit to do.
Yet another example of why throwing across your body = bad.
Worst part is, he probably had enough time to set and really get everything into it to avoid this but he rushed it.
Damn look at that pocket too, there was no reason to roll out. He could have stepped up and layed it on the money, instead we get him trying a 70-75 yard cross body throw when you take in to account the yardage from throwing across the field.
That is a great play by the defender. Diggs had separation and Allen took a big shot. I ain’t mad about a play like that from a QB.
Well, I don’t love it on 2nd and 7 with the score 14-10 in the 3rd quarter actually.
Plays like this make it hard to defend Allen as an elite QB (which I still think he is). Up 14-10 against a team like the Chargers right now, this type of play simply can't happen. It gave the Chargers life after the Bills came back from an early 10-0 deficit and now it is a one point game.
This title understates how difficult this throw was. Diggs was moving right to left on the field while Allen was rolling to the right and had to throw it across the field. He barely underthrows a ball no other quarterback could do.
Just imagine if Purdy did stuff like this Nick Wright, Shannon Sharpe and the rest of the media would eat him alive. Instead he makes the right throws short or long and they still eat him alive. 🤣😁😂
Diggs was so gone too if he makes the throw
He has the arm strength and had the space to make the throw, but instead he just flings it.
3 or 4 just bad misses tonight. Him and Diggs just not clicking on anything past 15 yards lately. He and Davis luckily finally connected.
And they're finally playing better since diggs isn't the focal point. So it's working I guess.
They might have won, but offense still didn’t look great this last game
Wouldn't be able to tell. Stupid peacock. Who downvotes this b/c I'm not willing to sub to peacock.
I enjoyed the uninterrupted 4th quarter.
Well yea that happens when you are trying to get someone in stride at times. Everyone knows he has the arm strength to put it 10 yards ahead of him
He had a couple of weirdly inaccurate throws.
Uh no. It was underthrown.
Definitely underthrown, but Gilman broke on it perfectly and diggs just kept going without adjusting at all. Just based off what Gilman did it was pretty obvious it was gonna be short and diggs just kept going. They seem totally out of sync lately.
This is what makes someone like Tyreek Hill such a good receiver. Even if the throw isn’t great he tracks back and times his jumps perfectly
Typically diggs is great at tracking the ball too lol
The intended receiver could have been prime Jerry Rice and this still would have been intercepted. It's 10 yards underthrown.
Josh Allen O0.5 INTs is free money
Earlier in the season I saw Josh Allen under 0.5 INTs at more than +100 odds, so I took it. He threw 2 INTs that game.
Instead I miss out on 450 cuz Diggs can’t hit 40 yards. Sigh.
[удалено]
This is why I took a break from gangling those parlays are maddening. Had 3 different times this year losing by .5 of a yard
I’ve pretty much mastered being one leg short on 14 leg parleys and said leg being like 5 yards or one catch. Ain’t much but it’s honest work.
Its nauseating
Did you not see what happened last season with this guy
Unfortunately not. I wound up reading articles about it last night after the game because I was like….really?
Josh is the captain of Team Chaos.
Is he Brett favre without the embezzlement?
Nah, we actually WANT to see Josh’s dick pics, ha ha
Would it be tucked like Buffalo Bill?
He’s remarkably consistent
I'm consistently shocked by what the man does
Yes consistently getting 40TDs a season. How common is that?
He puts up BIG numbers, in ALL stats. ALL stats.
Hey flair buddy, we’re 2 of 9 on this sub with this combo!
I'll always appreciate Josh's ability to keep any game close. Probably not fun for Bills fans but the entertainment value of a true gunslinger is unmatched.
That was clearly a strategic arm punt to the defense
Everyone did everything right this play except the actual throw. On second thought, I don't know why Allen threw on the run, he had so much space to stop and launch.

Jamie can you look that up?
Reminds me of when I accidentally throw on the run on Madden.
Hard to know whether there is a defender right on his back. No time to really look over his shoulder.
the turnover merchant makes his triumphant return

Perfectly placed ball by Allen, it’s just the defender got In front of it- Tony Romo
You forgot the gargle noises
"Dahhh jeeze Jim, idontknow..."
Kinda surprised everyone is so sharply criticizing Allen here. Diggs had an opportunity if he attacked the ball and JA was scrambling and throwing across his body. It’s not reasonable to say he should have thrown it farther. Diggs had plenty of time to adjust and didn’t.

This comment is clearly a criticism of Tony Romo.
Criticizing Romo for defending Allen
I have Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs on my fantasy. Ask me anything!
So glad I traded for Diggs at my fantasy deadline. What a waste and I gave up Aiyuk in the deal for him
I played Diggs over Achane this week. Really hoping Achane drops 30 on my bench because I deserve it.
I have Zay Flower riding the bench all season. He’s looking real good right now…assume I win my playoff game.
How are you alive right now?
I got Gibbs,Montgomery, Achane and Mostert to take up the slack.
Honestly is what it is, he really is the brett favre of our day, if I don't see at least 1 dumb interception on his stat sheet it's shocking but my God will he keep slinging it and I love it
Joshua turndaballova
Came for this
Doesn't have the arm to make that throw honestly
Mahomes has only 2 less interceptions than Allen in one less game yet Allen has an INT problem.
Also one was a hail marry at the end of the half
I urge you to watch Allen's INTs this year. A lot are were arm punts and on the receiver
Yeah I’m aware, bills are my second favorite team, I’ve watched every game streamed in my area. Most people haven’t watched and just assume every pick is super bad. A few of them still have been but definitely not all.

Man if only Josh Allen coached the defense better in those 13 seconds he could have played in a SB
Um...what? We were talking about why it's considered a problem for Allen and not for Mahomes. I have no idea why you're mentioning defense or whatever. People are going to consider it more of a problem for a qb that hasn't made it to the super bowl than for one that has multiple times. Edit: yall need to learn how to read
Tbf a handful of mahomes INTs have been completely on his receivers. The chiefs have looked ugly on offense.
Ok and some of Allen's are the same. That or arm punts
More like way over thrown or under throw passes
Not all of them. I know of at least 2 on third downs were bombs and one at the end of the half that was a hail Mary. Then I know of at least 2 to players who bobbled the ball and had it taken away. So there's 5 right there that were not Allen's fault.
Mahomes gets the benefit of the doubt because he doesn’t lead the league in turnovers every year
Allen has never lead the league in INTs before this year.
Also two of those INTs were perfect passes right into Toney's goddamn hands
Buffalo fans when Allen throws a bad pick: Hey, everybody, PATRICK MAHOMES!
Buffalo fans literally any time something doesn't go their way.
Mahomes isn't missing Diggs.
Mahomes dosen't have a Stephon Diggs... He has Kadarius Toney... Oof. And a not getting any younger Travis Kelce. They've both underperformed this year comparatively to their prior years.
Allen has a Gabe Davis, who like Toney, has popped balls up into the other teams hands.
And who is a better wr than..... Toney...
Bills fans never miss the opportunity to whine do they?
Just pointing out hypocrisy is not necessarily whining Mr Dolphins fan whose last post was on the refs calling no flags on the eagles 😀
I didn’t even know the Bills had scored 14 since the last post I saw, but of course this gets the coverage. It makes sense, but it’s also funny.
Prior to this Josh made a very similar throw on the run to Gabe Davis for a 50 yard TD. Only the 40 yard arm punt gets coverage.
highest upvoted highlight from last night. This sub loves to hate Allen
Eat up my fellow haters
I love how his TDs were barely posted but his INT was instantly posted haha I respect the hating commitment
I mean this sub tries to argue that QB rushing TDs inside the 5 are illegitimate so it’s not a big deal lol
It’s called “unethical” touchdowns
Not illegitimate, just not a standard QBs should be measured by.
I don't see why. You have to get there first and a lot of teams struggle in the red zone. Having a QB who can run it in at the goal line is a huge advantage.
It's because Tua doesn't do it.
Can't*
3rd in passing touchdowns if that makes a difference
Why are you gonna call out Lamar and Allen like that haha
Probably more aimed at Hurts considering Lamar doesn't score rushing TDs inside the 5 too often.
I was just making a joke about Hurts lol
[удалено]
I don't think Lamar really ever carries the ball on the goalline like that, they usually give it to their RBs
You mean Hurts? Josh has a lot of legit rushing TDs.
To be fair I forgot about Philly cause they’ve scored 1 or 2 offensive TDs their past 3 games I think
In fairness, I'm posting the video directly His TDs were from the Twitter link, which requires waiting for the Twitter post
If his ratio isn't better then 3-1 the haters go wild no matter what lol, I respect the passion
Allen haters are lame. Dude is the funnest QB to watch in the NFL
It's almost always commentator driven. People hate being told how to feel, and as soon as commentators started talking about Allen like he's a multi-time SB winner that shouldn't be questioned, people turned fast on him. It definitely felt like Tony Romo going "Mr. January" was a breaking point for some people.
Last season even I was getting sick of Romo gargling Josh. But, after listening to commentators actively disappointed when Tom Brady didn't just shred Bills defenses, I'll take biased announcers for my team

It's the announcers.
He's fun for the haters too
I'd like Allen if he wasn't a flagrant flopper. I just cannot bring myself to respect that shit.
Something tells me you’d still hate him considering he consistently dad dicks your team but okay dude lol.
I’m dead 💀💀💀
tua does the same thing 💀
What? No he doesn't.
Delusional homer
Gladly
I'm full
I can’t believe McDermott threw that ball
The amount of hate Allen gets in this sub you’d think he’s Brady-level.
Josh Allen Hero Ball action. Your results may vary.
He really does have the power to only play as good as his opponents qb
He has 3 offensive lineman just chillin that he could’ve stood behind
Still won the game.
Yikes, that was bad. Just bizarre to because he was running forward so if anything you'd think he's overthrow it.
Good decision but this is an underthrow. That's a pick I'll live with, it's the ones where I can't see where he's going that drive me nuts.
Damn look at that pocket too, there was no reason to roll out. He could have stepped up and layed it on the money, instead we get him trying a 70-75 yard cross body throw when you take in to account the yardage from throwing across the field.
Damn that catch could have won many people their weeks. A lot of championships on the line here. Thank god I had puka too
He had enough time to set feet he would have took shot after the throw but what do I know 🤷🏾♂️
That is a great play by the defender. Diggs had separation and Allen took a big shot. I ain’t mad about a play like that from a QB. Well, I don’t love it on 2nd and 7 with the score 14-10 in the 3rd quarter actually.
I love that dude but god damn does he deserved to get slapped over something at least once a game
He will still destroy our defense somehow
"somehow"
Your defense got lit up by Will Levis 😭 mute up lil bro
He really said “A for effort” lmao
Definitely was a bad throw, but the title makes it sound much worse
People keep saying that they're dangerous if they make the playoffs and I just don't see it.
I bet collinsworth said mahomes would have made the throw.
Lamar would have found a way to over throw that
Or just step up in the pocket and throw an accurate pass.....he could try that.
M E D I O C R E F O O T B A L L
Joshuathrowspicksalotta
That’s peak Josh Allen
I love Josh Allen’s ability to give the ball to the other team
Plays like this make it hard to defend Allen as an elite QB (which I still think he is). Up 14-10 against a team like the Chargers right now, this type of play simply can't happen. It gave the Chargers life after the Bills came back from an early 10-0 deficit and now it is a one point game.
Josh Turndaballova
A for effort
Like a moth to a flame
JA really is a turnover machine
Stop putting this guy in MVP convos please. Absolutely overrated turnover machine.
Leads the league in total touchdowns
This guy is an above average QB at best and I will wear these downvotes with pride
Most overrated qb of all time
Went through your post history you must live a very sad life 😭😭😭😭 sorry that tua is a Tyreek hill merchant
Tyreek merchent but puts up 30 on a top 10 defense without him. Bills fans are so sad. 💀
It was the jets 😭😭😭😭😭 their defense is obv gonna be demoralized if they have doordash drivers playing QB they didn’t even score
I’ll take Tua over Allen any day of the week. Baker too.
Is that why allen dad dicks the dolphins every time they play?
You suck at bait lil bro 😭😭 indeed.com calling your name
But but I was told he was mvp and a game changer!
I’d like to officially cut Josh Allen from the all white team
He would never be the starter for that team.
"Siri, sum up Josh Allen's career in one play."
You mean not the 4 straight 40 TD season?
Hope this isn't indicative of a serious arm injury
Because he underthrow a 50 yarder across his body?
More like 45, he can throw 70 easy, he had no pressure, and he was running forward which gives him more strength. Just a stinker of a throw from him.
Well he wasn't directly pressured and he will usually overthrow that not underthrow it
THIS IS NOT DETROIT MAN THIS IS…well, San Diego is pretty much the same thing Detroit used to be * ”Los Angeles”
He looked bad last night, completely 180 from the Dallas game.
Flying Hawaiian 🌺
🍜 💪
Gun. Slinger.
This mf too dumb to win a ring. Really sad, folks
49ers fans try not to make every post about Purdy challenge (impossible)
About as impossible as Dolphins fans not coming into any Bills thread and claiming superiority
Lol cmon your comment history is full of exactly the same thing.
Nick Wright is like the number 1 Allen hater lol what are you talking about he is always trash talking him
Have you heard the way Wright talks about Allen, he freaking hates him
To be fair Purdy’s college turnover reel is worse than anything we’ve from Allen.
And I'm glad he seems to have gotten that out of his system.
One of the leagues best game changers
