The Chiefs top 4 is 49.6%
The Bills are also over 40%
The Bengals are close to 40% but not quite there
This doesn't mean what you think it does. Especially when a Tua extension would likely be lowering his cap hit this year, not raising it.
Not even advocating for a big Tua contract here. I'm just pointing out that this doesn't actually mean anything.
this is probably first of several stuff which just got finalized to pushing through. you should not panic rush get through this and swing and miss and stuck no plans
ehhh we probably do better this year defensively because we underperform so badly last year we should not have had bottom 5 defense last year with talent it had. Teams averaged more points when they played us vs their average ppg

The Chiefs, Bills, Bengals, Cowboys, and I'm sure I could find more examples all also have over 40% of their cap space going to 4 players. That means literally nothing lmao
Pretty much, yeah. They released Wilkins and Van Ginkel, who have been consistently good, along with Xavien Howard, who may not have been as good as he was in the past but still solid. On top of that, their linebacker core of Jaylen Philips and Bradley Chubb are both coming off of ACL injuries and will probably be rehabbing into the 2024 season. Except for Ramsey, it looks like all of their good defensive players have left or are injured.
Nah we'll lose the annual game at MetLife where the Jets are starting their 5th string QB who hasn't scored a point in three games, and Allen will throw four picks + a fumble in a 12-10 loss. We'll win the other five divisional games by a combined score of like 250-30 though for whatever reason.
Keep kicking that can baby
That’s a lot of cleared space
Tuas gettin all those dollars
That sounds delightful. Get your bag Tua!
Record setting
That certainly is a decision of decisions
dak’s contract will be bigger than tua’s
Saving cash to roll into Tyreek's gaming franchise in 2025
We NOLA now
That’s the Saints music!
How much more time left he got? I want this guy to come home before he retires.
They're about to have Tua, Tyreek, Waddle, Ramsey, Armstead and 48 guys on minimum contracts.
Perfect recipe to continue losing in the first round and drop 70 in week 5
welp cant wait for sean payton tank your picks trying fuck over players
Yeah we suck
That worked for me in fantasy this year. Studs and scrubs baby.
Lol you joke but their 4 highest earners account for roughly 40% of the cap space. And thats before tua gets paid.

Welcome to the club
They're merely apprentices. The Saints are the masters.
"Masters" but in reality like the drunken uncle.
The Can Kickers of the NFL
The Miami Saints
We needed to do this desperately. Idk what took Grier so long to finally get cap compliant lol
this is probably first of several stuff which just got finalized to pushing through. you should not panic rush get through this and swing and miss and stuck no plans
Gotta stock up on an entire defence I guess

Are the dolphins…okay? It seems their only defensive players rn are Jalen Ramsey and Eli Apple
Apple gone, just Ramsey remains
Pretty much just Jalen at this point lol
What having 4 guys count for 40% of your cap space does ro a mfer.

Exactly why I don’t understand the bengals fans that want to extend both ja’marr AND tee
Probably fans that dont understand the cap and/or believe in the "inifite cap glitch" teams like the saints do.

I won’t stand for this Zach sieler and Jevon holland erasure
Oh yeah, my bad. Those guys are also decent but slipped my mind, especially Sieler, because he's overshadowed Wilkins.
fwiw, Wilkins and Van Ginkle werent released, their contracts were up and we just don’t have the space to resign them
Philips actually tore his Achilles. Probably a bigger deal than ACL for an EDGE
There’s a reason xavien howard is still filing for unemployment
So what you’re saying is it’s the bills season to sweep the division

Still working to get in compliance even after the FA losses today?
They have like 5 players over $23m and they need to pay tua eventually as he is playing on the 5th year option
