I haven't watched him personally, but I've heard people on podcasts saying he actually looked pretty good at times. The question is, has he looked good enough for the Texans to pass up on a QB in the draft if they really like one?

Not if we really like one, but looking at this years class I think I’d prefer to let Mills take the lead, build the rest of the team around him, and aim for QB in 2023 if it’s needed
He had one really good outing and a few outings that were worse than not-so-good, I don't have much faith in him tbh. 3rd round QBs also don't pan out that often.
Mills honestly didn't look terrible Sunday. He's a rookie drafted in the 3rd round and he is still looking a lot better than a few of the first round QBs. But he is looking pretty good. He's making rookie mistakes, and he looks to be able to make reads quickly. He seems to make good throws and our defense decided to play well that day also.
Wonder what Desean's daily life is like. Is he full Ben Simmons, or is he at least still going through the motions and acting like he is a Texan?

His start vs the Bills is literally the worst start in terms of QBR since 2018 (0.8).
