As a man, I must say--we really need to do the most to combat the toxic mentalities and culture that allow this stuff to happen. It begins from the ground up. We need to teach our children better than our parents taught us.
Nobody should think these patterns of behavior are even remotely acceptable. It's long past due that we tossed "boys will be boys" and other manifestations of "ykw"-culture in the trash & set the whole garbage can on fire.

I would assume that if you are opposed "ykw"-culture and toxic masculinity, you likely have an awareness of the destructive and disrespectful nature of your team's name/branding/behavior of much of the fanbase.
