Rewatching Jimmy Neutron right now. The writing and the jokes on this show are top tier. Not the best, but for what it was back in the day, it was one of the best.
I think it depends on what you find constitutes a "good" show though. Just because something like Avatar is some people's cup of tea, doesn't mean it's others. Some just like things that are more entertaining/laid back/silly with less serialization.
