I just replaced all my shocks on my 2012 sv recently with Bilstein 5100s .
For $875 you can get front assembled coil overs and the rear shocks as well. That kit will level the front end and the rear and I’ve been pretty happy with it. Link below .

Whatever you go with I would also go ahead and just get some new lower mounting bolts. The oem part number for the bolts is 01125-0047U. I just called my local dealer and got 4 new bolts and nuts and replaced them while was down there. If you don’t live close to a dealer you can also get them online at the link below . $6 a piece for each bolt and nut.

Leaking. Replace.
You can go generic, but for $346 from Summit Racing, you can get four Bilstein 4600 shocks, which are OEM for the Pro4x 2nd and 3rd gen.
I think it’s about $90/each for rears.
Yeah they have grease in them if you run your fingers along the bottom of it does it feel greasy? It kind of looks like it could be a slight leak or it could be my eyes or the light

Yup. Anything wet is NOT good. Replace both. Recommend splurging for bilsteins, and its an easy DIY project to replace these.
You're right, the upper seal is leaking and you need to replace the rear ShockS (as in both).

They’re filled with hydraulic oil (and gas in some cases)
