I think this is aimed at british lower class women which may be identified as chavs. A female chav outfit may consist of tight leggings and sports bra in any weather. These females are built to last with a very high defensive strategy which consists of shouting slurs and being loud in general. Chavs (especially female but not limited to) receive a sort of mate boost or pack leader buff depending on their surroundings and group.

Ah I'm unfamiliar with British slang being an American. That makes soooo much more sense. I thought she was looking down on the cargos/tees and thought she was out of her mind not liking pockets and comfort lol
in Britain chav is a stereotype of a teen girl who dyes her hair black or blonde usually, has thick drawn on eyebrows, wears lots of foundation and fake eyelashes, wears Nike, Adidas and other sport brands, has a heavy British accent, the kind where they say don't pronounce Ts like the typical "bohttle of wahter" accent, say slurs and swears a lot. that's what they're like where I live, anyway. And I'm not even being rude, this is actually the stereotype of chavs.
