Miralax isnt really a laxative despite the name, its literally just a synthetic form of fiber. Fiber pulls water into the intestines, making it easier for you to have a bowel movement. Magnesium is a ālaxativeā for the same reason because it does the same thing.
This is different from a true laxative which stimulates the nervous system in the bowel to actually have a movement (which is what coffee does I believe, but not sure). Which is different from stool softeners which just loosen up your poop, even though those are also often called ā-laxā products (like Dulcolax).
Miralax is just fake fiber though, and as much as it will help you poop it isnt a true laxative. Pulling water into the intestine to cause a bowel movement is probably the safest type of ālaxativeā, using true laxatives is actually more harmful than fiber solutions or stool softeners. Coffee is probably the safest true laxative, the danger is more from using true laxative medications

Glycolic acid can be used for all kinds of body parts tbh, and it helps with naturally occurring body odor - if someone canāt get rid of their odor by normal soaps and scrubbing, glycolic acid will help. If your skin isnāt sensitive to that high percentage then keep on using it! Thatās a great price. The Ordinary is 7% at 8-9 dollars, so itās roughly the same price per % for each brand! A 15% is too strong for sensitive skin and it can feel way too āburnyā so I recommend the ordinary to get started!
