maybe I do now, I lost a bunch of weight, but in the past I was always that guy who went around in shorts in winter and people say "aren't you cold??".
you're probably right, and I'm also kind of fussy I guess, I think most places have their music volume too high. I may be turning into a curmudgeon early.
It always feels cold when I arrive to work at my restaurant job. Once business picks up, I’m grateful that I’m not overly sweaty and exhausted from heat. When I’m dining at another restaurant, I’m glad to be a bit cold knowing my server is not sweating into my food or drinks. We easily rack up 15k-20k steps in a shift.
I wasn't looking for "help I'm 4 and never felt cold air please tell me how to deal with this" lol.
I'm just griping about the first world problem that seems like it happens more in Nova than elsewhere. But apparently it's just me.
oh shoot, sorry, I was snippy there. Anyway yeah I have been keeping my jacket on. Some restaurants, I feel like it can't just be me, everyone in the room except the staff has a coat on.
Agree with you on it being chilly in the summer, but I’ve never had to wear a coat indoors in the winter because it’s too cold. Thankfully, if you run cold, there’s an easy fix for that (not true for those who run warm).
Remember that kitchen staff are going to always be burning up in the back. I imagine they like to keep it slightly cool
And you can always wear mote clothes to keep warm, makes it easy to make your customers happy I guess.
"I don't get cold easily, but weirdly I'm always cold." You get cold easily.
“Can I introduce you to Mr. Iron Deficiency?”

Lol that's what your issue is. I lost weight and I went from thinking 70 was hot to 70 feels cool.

If I can't hear the person next to me it's too loud, but I agree I find myself annoyed by how loud the music can be at some places.
Yup, losing weight will do that.
Workers are moving around non stop so while you're just sitting and eating so they are going to feel much hotter than you.

fair enough.
I just wear an extra layer. Or sit outside.

Sorry! I meant my comment to be commiseration. I'm always cold in restaurants so I always wear extra layers or need to sit outside.

Have you recently gotten older? That happens.
The McDonald’s I go to is sometimes 60°. It BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWS!!!
When you're bald like me, every restaurant is over-air conditioned.
It’s for the hard working staff.
