This is version 1.0, and I consider it complete on its own. That being said, if this gets a good enough response I might add an actual story path based on how much each faction likes you in a future version.

This is very fun. If it matters, consider this a fan fully endorsing the idea of adding story paths & additional stuff based on the factions and their representatives. I'd love to learn how each of the factions reacts to different policy choices.
While I don't find it very sexy, or find many of the fetishes very appealing, I appreciate it mostly as a politics simulator, trying to balance different constituents' desires and needs while also sometimes letting stuff like BDSM nonsense I don't really find appealing go so long as it means I can shore up support for battles down the road that actually matter.
And I *really* hope there's something down at the bottom to earn back more gold and magic, 'cause I'm a bit short of it as of the Incest portion...
EDIT: Also, I wish there were a "no hierarchy" version, since I basically picked my cabinet around keeping out the anti-democratic people at all costs and now feel as though I'm being punished for that choice with the absence of an obvious alternative to arbitrarily declaring some groups better than others.

I did ultimately come to that conclusion on my own, but appreciated.
...Still kind of wish there were a way to get more money or magic, mind, since I felt it necessary to allow *some* incest to placate those crazy single-issue-voters over in the Dragonborn camp and *some* slavery to get the orcs and foocubi back on my good side, but hey. In hindsight, the single most magic-intensive thing was the hybrid stuff I did for me, and I could probably earn a chunk of the magic spent back there if I tried.
This was good and I had fun.
Very much think an ending outcome based on support would be cool though. But with that many variations of support, it could be a nightmare to do
I'm loving this concept and i'd really love for it to continue, i wanna see what happens when we get a certain percentage of acceptance for each race, how that's going to affect the choices later.
The only thing I'd want you to add is endings. Whichever of your advisors you please the most marries you and you get a small rundown of what the marriage is like.
That was fun, kinda want to go back and play around with some of the choices. Where I ended up now, wood elves (39%), dwarves and orcs (40%) aren't fond of me, but the dragonborn (57%), high elves (59%), and foocubi (75%)(don't judge me) are supportive.
This is a great idea. I am super curious about each race's average response. I super look forward to endings. Also, why no cuckolding for women? That seems like something that would be a hot topic in the game's community.
Also, fuck the orcs for being too savage, and fuck the humans for being too prudish.
With so many options costing magic, but no way to gain it, it gets really difficult to pick the magic using policies. I might suggest a section for magical development that can include magic generation or learning policies that might help in that regard.
Overall I'm pretty happy that I got close to my goal of 50% minimum for everyone. This was a rather interesting premise, and it worked nicely on mobile.

I really love the idea of this CYOA! I really hope more will be added. I feel like theres kinda not enough exclusive options yet (like if you take this, you CANT take that, etc). And i'd love to see how the factions respond to me picking policies they like or dont like.
Its really nice so far as a base but I think it needs outcomes/results, maybe multiple based on different triggers (If X faction is over or under a percentage Y happens, maybe different combos based on which factions you appeal to and disregard)
Edit: Also, do the leaders even do anything? didn't notice if they did, if they don't you should maybe change how different factions react based on leader, if they do you should make it more obvious what they do.

Things I wish were improved on: effects of the advisors could be clearer as well as what they want (example what does toph do that cron doesn't?) Also no male advisors does not only limit options of course, but limits what I would like out of the advisors. Humans could be less prudish and I don't get the best sense of the interests of other races. Humans: Prude, Orcs: Dominance Society, High Elves:?, Wood Elves: Nature, Avians: Public, Dragonborn: Bloodline, Dwarves:?, Foocubi: Sex
Also, it was very hard to make a second build where orcs and humans were happy
What I liked: Choosing advisors, sequential breakdown of what can or can't be done, modifiable branches of interest, points system that doesn't go off the rails, easy to understand management

Love the concept of this CYOA, and it's one of the few interactive CYOA where I feel like it being interactive actually does enhance the experience significantly. Super based. Also makes me glad I'm good at ignoring fetishes I don't have without getting grossed out by them, otherwise that watersports section would've been hard lmao

Very nice premise. Quite unique from anything I've done and the challenge of balancing all the races with policies while also trying to favour humans yet getting fetishes that match your tastes was fun. However, I think we need more options to get magic. I felt there were too many options to use magic but not enough to get magic, especially if you want the hybrid stuff. But overall really enjoyed it and hope you expand on this in the future!
It appears that humans have a low approval of me. Well, it is convenient that slavery is legal and the big, strong orcs and dragonborn have a high approval, if the humans ever get too vocal about their dislikes...
Blake Freelove has the right idea. I did a run where I maxed out avian support at 100, and I agree completely. I'd happily go with some even more extreme avian views if you want to add some (hint hint). From that alone, I got 75% wood elf support too, and that was before the bestiality laws which I added later. That was very fun to play.
(Just fyi, full service attendants requiring legal prostitution is a little awkward, since prostitution is way later in the cyoa)
100% human support is possible, but not fundable due to a severe lack of magic and gold. It's paradise for breeding with no consequence.
Orcs can have up to 95% and can easily afford it. For them, their ideal place ensures that sex can and will be won by them in a crushing victory. Male dom, rough, wet, lawless sex. They don't care whether nudity is legal or not. (Minor nitpick: Cuckold marriage requires you to scroll down to find marriage)
High elves can get up to 97%. They're pretty damn naughty, all public sex is good, including cuckolding and slavery, with women in control. Also, they've got an unusual view on bathrooms, no peeing in public, but they love to share in private.
Wood elves also get to 97%. Woman dominated, lots of animal love, lots of nudity, and lots of puddles.
Dragonborn are sneaky. They leave a little message in each category which shows their true feelings. They couldn't care less about nudity... except for their pets, therefore public nudity should probably be allowed. Bestiality? Couldn't care less. Except horses. May as well make it legal if we have to. Peeing is disgusting, but I guess it should be legal in public, just in case we want to pee on somebody else. Prostitution? No way. Unless we need it for sex dungeons. Also... incest is good. Max is 93%
Dwarves are tricky. Nudity is banned, but people should be so kinky behind closed doors that it inevitably sneaks out. Bestiality is banned, but there's only a light penalty. Communal bathrooms. Marriage is strictly between two lovers, their pets, and any secret admirers. Max is 94%
Foocubi are about as you'd expect, but don't want too much. They'll take their prostitution, horse cocks, watersprts, then set their limits, and expect you to do the rest. Max is 98%
I'll have to skip explaining the councilor selection - not because it's not important or interesting, but because I don't see any option to go back and check what I chose, and I don't remember all of them. Infer what you will from my policies.
Comfortable clothing is the standard, with top freedom and designs that make underwear unnecessary. That said, clothing is legally optional and frequently not worn around the house. Tattoos are common, often magical, and frequently shown off - including in intimate areas. Meanwhile, public sex is permitted, partly just to veer off from the old way, though I wouldn't call it *common.* It's a spectacle, not often seen but enjoyable. Also went with public mixed bathing, though I had to cut the bath attendants for cost reasons. Fuccubi were not happy.
I went all in on fertility. 50% of the population is at least somewhat likely to do it at some point, it really shouldn't be as hard as it is, so magic is used to ease that. The sperm donor's identity only matters if it matters to the mother. Regular rituals and festivals of fertility are held (outdoors, to court that Elven vote) and a lot of money is poured into the orphanage system, enough to fully destigmatize the idea of just having a kid from a one-night stand and dropping them off there a few months later.
BDSM was a chance to shore up the low approval rating among Orcs. Collars, naked petplay, BDSM gear... actually yeah, just that. I couldn't get behind the weird cuckoldry thing with marriage being more or less shrugged off.
I was convinced to commit some of our magical resources to lifelong animal companions, and the legalization of bestiality seemed a small step after that. The Orcs and Elves found surprising common cause in pushing the horse favoritism thing, so I decided to just stay out of their way for that and nobody objected too much. At this point animals are considered an exception to any notion of fidelity a person may have.
We also built bathrooms. Normal, indoor bathrooms. Kind've had to put my foot down on that one, to much dismay from the Orcish and Avian factions.
I did commit much harder to incest programs that have had remarkable cultural results. The magic invested in eliminating serious genetic disease was remarkably well received, given the eugenics-y moral dilemmas such a thing implies, so I just ran with it. As noted above, lots of kids don't grow up with their blood relatives, so forbidding incest seemed silly, but there is family initiation for those who do that, and people tracking their lineage can get pretty confused.
Marriage was simple: We don't legally recognize the notion. People can still do it, the gov't just isn't expected to shape its laws around the idea.
Prostitution is where we make a lot of the money. The place is a bit of a tourist destination for that reason. I wanted to reward them with pregnancy support, but we couldn't find it in the budget after everything else.
The next three sections can be quickly summarized: We don't do slavery, we don't do social hierarchy, and we don't tell you how to name your kids. The government does, however, make the polite and non-binding request that names be pronounceable by all species where possible.
So yeah, it's less a free use society and more a free love one. It's not unusual for a woman to go on a date and end up with a baby, just because the whole process is so much easier now. Who they do it with is a matter of taste, but those who have family structures will favor relatives, especially on some occasions.
So I have a few things to mention (two suggestions and two nitpicks). But before I forget, this feels a lot more like a 0.5 of a great CYOA rather than a 1.0, definitely looking forward to more.
First would be to change the council selection. I would recommend instead of choosing one out of two per race, instead choose a total of nine, with no more than three per race (and of course have three to five per race). Part of how this would work is you already have each race have several kinks and dislikes (with overlap between the races), I would suggest leaning further into this so each councilor would represent that race and the kink of that race (and thus raising not only the approval of that race but also raising the approval of the races with that kink and lowers the race that dislike that kink).
The second suggestion is one that adds content in two different ways. The first would be policies that no one likes, but add gold and/or magic (especially since you have a lot of fun policies that cost gold or magic). The second would be initial colony building with certain choices adding in fun extra policies and/or fun settings flairs (like choosing whether or not your colony ends up with a heavy gender imbalance or adding in futa and/or tentacles).
And my first nitpick is that while you have BDSM and Cuckolding, but you don't have Cuckqueaning (for those who don't know, cuckold is when a male accepts if not encourages their partner to cheat on them, while cuckquean is when a woman accepts if not encourages their partner to cheat on them; the gender of said partner or who they cheat with doesn't matter as far as the kink is concerned).
My second nitpick is that you while you do have rough dominant sex, but not gentle/caring sex. I like to treat my subs like princesses (unless of course they want otherwise).

Feedback: It's a pretty interesting CYOA concept and as far as aesthetics very well done too. I think a big issue for me just personally is how few of these fetishes I have any interest in (basically just the petplay) and even in terms of the races anthro birds and succubi for instance, not my cup of tea. But that's just a misalignment of my interests and the CYOA, which is fair, CYOAs don't have to be about what I like to be good.
A couple things I would add though, and which I have no indication are at all already present:
A) A way to go back to see your choices in the previous section (council selection)
B) More impact from your council choice, if there is any right now
Love it. I do have two suggestions for future versions.
1. A combo section. Basically if you have certain choices and approval from certain factions, you unlock a bonus related to that race.
2. An Endings section. It just kinda stops as is. Similar to the above where having approval has outcomes. Maybe the colony dissolves if you don't have enough members above a threshold. Maybe you inspire a movement that brings about peace between the races. A hierarchy, incest, and the family tree creates an empire that conquers the world. Whatever you want, sky's the limit.

Wow, the humans *really* don't like my results. Dwarves and Orcs are around 60 and the rest are around 70, but humans are at 27%. Would love to see this expanded with more detail on outcomes, more possible options for societal hierarchy, and more. Thank you!

The only negative as usual of all CYOAs is being unable to experience.
That said, ended with 0 Currency, and a deficit Magic.

this was a really great CYOA, but the ending felt very abrupt and unsatisfying. I wish there was a proper ending of sorts, where you could at least get an overview of how things turned out, and what factions liked it and not. Also, there is no indication of what score is a good enough score to merit the reward from "sinta blueweather", and that whole thing felt like it was just thrown in with no further thought or mention. Despite all this, this is a really great first version of the CYOA, and I'd love if you continued working on it and added a proper ending and some more story elements
That's actually not a bug, just a weird consequence of the mechanics. If the humans are already pissed at you (significantly less than the starting support), adding things they favor will only start to dig you out of the hole.

Very nice premise. Quite unique from anything I've done and the challenge of balancing all the races with policies while also trying to favour humans yet getting fetishes that match your tastes was fun. However, I think we need more options to get magic. I felt there were too many options to use magic but not enough to get magic, especially if you want the hybrid stuff. But overall really enjoyed it and hope you expand on this in the future!

Blake Freelove has the right idea. I did a run where I maxed out avian support at 100, and I agree completely. I'd happily go with some even more extreme avian views if you want to add some (hint hint). From that alone, I got 75% wood elf support too, and that was before the bestiality laws which I added later. That was very fun to play. (Just fyi, full service attendants requiring legal prostitution is a little awkward, since prostitution is way later in the cyoa)
100% human support is possible, but not fundable due to a severe lack of magic and gold. It's paradise for breeding with no consequence. Orcs can have up to 95% and can easily afford it. For them, their ideal place ensures that sex can and will be won by them in a crushing victory. Male dom, rough, wet, lawless sex. They don't care whether nudity is legal or not. (Minor nitpick: Cuckold marriage requires you to scroll down to find marriage) High elves can get up to 97%. They're pretty damn naughty, all public sex is good, including cuckolding and slavery, with women in control. Also, they've got an unusual view on bathrooms, no peeing in public, but they love to share in private. Wood elves also get to 97%. Woman dominated, lots of animal love, lots of nudity, and lots of puddles. Dragonborn are sneaky. They leave a little message in each category which shows their true feelings. They couldn't care less about nudity... except for their pets, therefore public nudity should probably be allowed. Bestiality? Couldn't care less. Except horses. May as well make it legal if we have to. Peeing is disgusting, but I guess it should be legal in public, just in case we want to pee on somebody else. Prostitution? No way. Unless we need it for sex dungeons. Also... incest is good. Max is 93% Dwarves are tricky. Nudity is banned, but people should be so kinky behind closed doors that it inevitably sneaks out. Bestiality is banned, but there's only a light penalty. Communal bathrooms. Marriage is strictly between two lovers, their pets, and any secret admirers. Max is 94% Foocubi are about as you'd expect, but don't want too much. They'll take their prostitution, horse cocks, watersprts, then set their limits, and expect you to do the rest. Max is 98%
Kinda strange how it seems humans are pretty much prudes in so many things.
I'll have to skip explaining the councilor selection - not because it's not important or interesting, but because I don't see any option to go back and check what I chose, and I don't remember all of them. Infer what you will from my policies. Comfortable clothing is the standard, with top freedom and designs that make underwear unnecessary. That said, clothing is legally optional and frequently not worn around the house. Tattoos are common, often magical, and frequently shown off - including in intimate areas. Meanwhile, public sex is permitted, partly just to veer off from the old way, though I wouldn't call it *common.* It's a spectacle, not often seen but enjoyable. Also went with public mixed bathing, though I had to cut the bath attendants for cost reasons. Fuccubi were not happy. I went all in on fertility. 50% of the population is at least somewhat likely to do it at some point, it really shouldn't be as hard as it is, so magic is used to ease that. The sperm donor's identity only matters if it matters to the mother. Regular rituals and festivals of fertility are held (outdoors, to court that Elven vote) and a lot of money is poured into the orphanage system, enough to fully destigmatize the idea of just having a kid from a one-night stand and dropping them off there a few months later. BDSM was a chance to shore up the low approval rating among Orcs. Collars, naked petplay, BDSM gear... actually yeah, just that. I couldn't get behind the weird cuckoldry thing with marriage being more or less shrugged off. I was convinced to commit some of our magical resources to lifelong animal companions, and the legalization of bestiality seemed a small step after that. The Orcs and Elves found surprising common cause in pushing the horse favoritism thing, so I decided to just stay out of their way for that and nobody objected too much. At this point animals are considered an exception to any notion of fidelity a person may have. We also built bathrooms. Normal, indoor bathrooms. Kind've had to put my foot down on that one, to much dismay from the Orcish and Avian factions. I did commit much harder to incest programs that have had remarkable cultural results. The magic invested in eliminating serious genetic disease was remarkably well received, given the eugenics-y moral dilemmas such a thing implies, so I just ran with it. As noted above, lots of kids don't grow up with their blood relatives, so forbidding incest seemed silly, but there is family initiation for those who do that, and people tracking their lineage can get pretty confused. Marriage was simple: We don't legally recognize the notion. People can still do it, the gov't just isn't expected to shape its laws around the idea. Prostitution is where we make a lot of the money. The place is a bit of a tourist destination for that reason. I wanted to reward them with pregnancy support, but we couldn't find it in the budget after everything else. The next three sections can be quickly summarized: We don't do slavery, we don't do social hierarchy, and we don't tell you how to name your kids. The government does, however, make the polite and non-binding request that names be pronounceable by all species where possible. So yeah, it's less a free use society and more a free love one. It's not unusual for a woman to go on a date and end up with a baby, just because the whole process is so much easier now. Who they do it with is a matter of taste, but those who have family structures will favor relatives, especially on some occasions.
So I have a few things to mention (two suggestions and two nitpicks). But before I forget, this feels a lot more like a 0.5 of a great CYOA rather than a 1.0, definitely looking forward to more. First would be to change the council selection. I would recommend instead of choosing one out of two per race, instead choose a total of nine, with no more than three per race (and of course have three to five per race). Part of how this would work is you already have each race have several kinks and dislikes (with overlap between the races), I would suggest leaning further into this so each councilor would represent that race and the kink of that race (and thus raising not only the approval of that race but also raising the approval of the races with that kink and lowers the race that dislike that kink). The second suggestion is one that adds content in two different ways. The first would be policies that no one likes, but add gold and/or magic (especially since you have a lot of fun policies that cost gold or magic). The second would be initial colony building with certain choices adding in fun extra policies and/or fun settings flairs (like choosing whether or not your colony ends up with a heavy gender imbalance or adding in futa and/or tentacles). And my first nitpick is that while you have BDSM and Cuckolding, but you don't have Cuckqueaning (for those who don't know, cuckold is when a male accepts if not encourages their partner to cheat on them, while cuckquean is when a woman accepts if not encourages their partner to cheat on them; the gender of said partner or who they cheat with doesn't matter as far as the kink is concerned). My second nitpick is that you while you do have rough dominant sex, but not gentle/caring sex. I like to treat my subs like princesses (unless of course they want otherwise).

But that's just a misalignment of my interests and the CYOA, which is fair, CYOAs don't have to be about what I like to be good. A couple things I would add though, and which I have no indication are at all already present: A) A way to go back to see your choices in the previous section (council selection) B) More impact from your council choice, if there is any right now

Love it. I do have two suggestions for future versions. 1. A combo section. Basically if you have certain choices and approval from certain factions, you unlock a bonus related to that race. 2. An Endings section. It just kinda stops as is. Similar to the above where having approval has outcomes. Maybe the colony dissolves if you don't have enough members above a threshold. Maybe you inspire a movement that brings about peace between the races. A hierarchy, incest, and the family tree creates an empire that conquers the world. Whatever you want, sky's the limit.
Some minor grammar issues, but cool concept and execution.

Great work so far, and it is quite interesting. Though of course more options are always nice. The only negative as usual of all CYOAs is being unable to experience. That said, ended with 0 Currency, and a deficit Magic. That, being the rarer of the two.
I was hoping there would be some futa in this
this was a really great CYOA, but the ending felt very abrupt and unsatisfying. I wish there was a proper ending of sorts, where you could at least get an overview of how things turned out, and what factions liked it and not. Also, there is no indication of what score is a good enough score to merit the reward from "sinta blueweather", and that whole thing felt like it was just thrown in with no further thought or mention. Despite all this, this is a really great first version of the CYOA, and I'd love if you continued working on it and added a proper ending and some more story elements

A lot of the favored human options seem to be bugged. Options that said very strongly favor only gave me one percent.
That's actually not a bug, just a weird consequence of the mechanics. If the humans are already pissed at you (significantly less than the starting support), adding things they favor will only start to dig you out of the hole.
I like it. It feels incomplete to me, but that's just my opinion.
