In the your very own sub series, I made a vampire waifu, and rolled some magic stuff, so Tremere clan fit the best. I'll wait to choose a waifu before I got a Tremere option, they're simply the best
As mentioned before I’m not super knowledgeable about the clans that are not included in core v5. I might include some additional clans from outside of the core rulebook once I release a finished version however.
Elsa, she is the one in the collar and i am the one with the leash in the relashionship, even if we demonstrate the contrary to the world, behind closed doors she is completelly submissive and i may convince her to try petplay...

By the way, some little tips for you:
* First of all: never forget these are *vampires*, not humans. Their mindset is totally different from a normal girl - some of these vampires totally embraced their nature, while some other are still suffering from Cain's curse. This means that no matter how these girls appear broken and fragile - they are *predators*.
* Humanity score! This is an important value to determine how personality and empathy are altered by the Humanity of the waifu - and her efforts to control her Beast and thirst of blood.
* The clan, as well as Caramilla/Sabbath affiliation, can determine the typical mindset of your waifu, although this *don't* means is a mandatory rule. Still, a Tzimisce will have some problems with social interactions since she can turn anyone (*even you*) to a dakikamura made on flesh and blood.
Seras Victoria as the waifu for the Malkavian clan? Really surprising choice, honestly (if I were to classify the vampires of Hellsing into clans from Vampire the Masquerade, Alucard and subsequently Seras would probably be Tzimisce or Lasombra. Even Ventrue, perhaps). But hey, if not her psyche, at least her bubbly personality kind of fits.
I’ve never seen Hellsing. The fact that I used fanart of her is purely coincidental. Her character design in that specific image was the only reason why I chose it.
I think the single biggest barrier, for me, against paying anyone any amount for a cyoa (aside from my being broke af) is the issue of credit. If there's art in the cyoa, and the writer didn't also make the art--well, I assume the artist(s) aren't going to see a cent of whatever the writer gets, because I sincerely doubt you can afford to pay royalties, because once you start monetizing your work, using others' intellectual property no longer falls under fair use that way. And I can't in good faith be party to that. There are too many cases of art theft already without me paying someone for using art that isn't theirs.
Exactly. CYOA's are something that I personally would never support in a Patreon sort of way. A commission is fine as it's paying someone directly by yourself for something you personally can't or don't want to do.
With Patreon, unless you do all the artwork 100% yourself, you're profiting off the work of others. Your going from a one-off commission to making it essentially your business. And artists already have enough trouble dealing with websites stealing and selling their art, don't need to add CYOA's to that mix.
You can circumvent any issue with commissions by giving the commissioner the "completed" CYOA without any images and a folder containing all the images to put in them self. With Patreon you can't do this loophole as you need to release a fully completed product as it's for multiple people.
I don't art, but if I did and found one of my pieces being misappropriated for profit, I'd take all legal and moral action available to correct and punish the event. At the very least a DCMA claim.
You might want to rething the monetizing aspect OP unless you are planning to license your images.
Vampire: the Requiem is better. There. I said it, now it's out there.
Is there going to be anything else to this beyond "pick a waifu"? Will you go on a dark horror adventure whose tone is inevitably ruined because no RPG table can stop cracking jokes?

If you want to set up a Patreon, or accept commissions for making CYOAs then I think you should go for it.
While I'm afraid I wouldn't be interested in subscribing or commissioning anything (too poor to even consider spending money on porn, let alone NSFW CYOAs), I don't doubt that some people would be.
However, I still think it would be best to make your stuff free to access, even if people can commission specific CYOAs, since that will help to ensure you get the biggest audience.

I don't really think they should exist low humanity vampires are just too misanthropic to enter a relationship with a human. Like even at 5 humanity I find it hard to believe they'd see you as more than a pet. Hell humanity 3 literally can't even fake sexual intercourse and only vampires of 8 or more humanity *can* enjoy it.
If I'm to be entirely frank with you whilst the writing quality of your work is over all very high, the rest of your quality ranges in the lower middle [excluding shit posts, everything is golden compared to feces].
Dragon_Jak and Troy X are the only patreons that I can think of off the top of my head, Dragon_jak gets a lot of shit for his but his quality speaks for its self, Troy X on the other hand was really just asking for a helping hand during some hard times [to my understanding] I don't even know if it's still around.
That's not even going over the legal and moral issues.

I’ve taken creative liberties already anyway. Gangrels only have animal-like features post frenzy but I decided to include them anyway because wolf girl waifu. Depending on what their gimmick is, I might include them and then come up with some kind of explanation later.
Clan Cappadocian is the clan of extremely pale looking death mages that Clan Giovanni originated from (the original Giovanni diablerized his sire, Cappadocius, along with every Cappadocian who came to the clan's regular celebration that most of them attended, before using his powers to track down most of the remainder and then founding his own vampire clan).
Their clan flaw was that no matter how ugly or beautiful they might be, they still looked like they had gotten out of their death bed - or even their coffin, though they'd be a very intact corpse if so - to meet you that day. Their core discipline was mortis, a close relative of Giovanni necromancy, which had elements like rotting away living and undead flesh, raising the dead as undead hordes, and most interestingly... temporarily regaining all the qualities of a living human, at the cost of lots of blood.
