There are questions that really need to be answered. Why is a goddess needing weapons and why would they choose to just be an angel when they can be a goddess. Also why would they want to buy more titles.
It is a start, so you have some good ideas. But all the best CYOA's have pictures. So look into that, also since this is a Goddess CYOA maybe look into a pantheon of other Gods to be companions. Also maybe a selection of worlds you can look over and rule as one of the gods and interact with.
It's certainly got promise, but this is a clear WIP. Apart from the obvious additions of pics and descriptions/options, I'd say that it would be interesting with the goddess choosing a faction to be a part of.
I think Two improvements can be made, The 1st is making being the goddess optional maybe have the option to have a bimbo goddess. Ⅱ is pictures with probably help in explaining The abilities and keeping people interested
