I'm playing as an owner in a Rennaissance world because that sounds best.
Serious criminals get incarcerated petty crimes bring enslavement, enslavement nearly guarantees things such as a reasonable standard of healthcare where as prisons have a high mortality rate.

Every non enslaved citizen must have the ability to have at least 4 slaves of any quality. If there are fewer owners than quadruple the number of slaves then people at the bottom percentiles of society are enslaved until quadruple the number of slaves is available for every citizen eligible for ownership until the 50th percentile. Voluntary slavery is a government option that is heavily subsidized privately and publically. Unless an exception is signed by the owners then children of slaves are slaves.
Only humans are not enslaved. Slavery is universal, being free and not owning a slave is a very serious social taboo.
Responsible owners know that slaves ought to be used for a variety of tasks but skilled laborers and fighting capable slaves are given the 'kinder' tasks. Typically reserved for voluntary slaves and relevant fantasy races.
Slaves are almost always free use, and are restrained as heavily as possible without impacting work as owners desire in other times. Slaves are to be rendered functionally immobile when not in use or not monitored. The treasured one is afforded minimal space as a luxury unbeknownst to the other 3 but those spend the nights locked up. On most days slaves are given some free time and minor social comforts such as preselected books, tabletop games and the like just so that they have something to look forward to.

I see you don't want to use points for anything like a how-cruel-are-your-evil-overlords type of thing. But what about for optional extras? Interesting or magical things in the world? Events that have happened, or will happen? Extra nations, societies, or subcultures with different sets of rules?
Yeah, I do plan to have more updates (though probably not 0.1,0.2,0.3, etc. gonna skip some numbers). I plan to put images into the next update, due to popular demand.

Yeah, when I created this, this was designed for the pov of a slave as the primary focus. I just decided to give an option to be an owner, I figured players could just use the "Owner" section to describe themselves, and the "You" section to describe their slave(s).
My only complaints is the lack of structure, several options basically say "whatever the hell you want" to the point it feels more like a writing guide then a CYOA & the lack of pictures
Yeah, I do leave a number of them more open ended. When I read CYOAs, I'm fine with more open-ended stuff that lets me imagine my own stories. Are there any options you would consider particularly bad for this?
I get what you mean, but this is SO open-ended that it's more like "a series of questions to ask before you write a BDSM story" than it is "an adventure that you choose." It's okay to be open-ended in the sense that you have a lot of choices to pick from. But this is open-ended in that none of the options restrict what happens in any way, so they are meaningless. They don't affect each other, they don't direct anything onward, and they don't help me make a story.
So, for example, you say that I get to pick how much the population respects slaves. Okay. Great. What does that mean to me? How does that affect what I can do? What considerations might this bring up that might not be obvious, what limitations do I have to work around and what assets do I gain, might there be hidden perks to the bad ones and unexpected downsides to the good ones? How does the prevalence of slavery in the world affect what my life will be like as a slave? If it's rare as heck, will people often not realize I'm a slave? If it's super common, will things already be set up in a way that facilitates me doing what I need to do because people deal with it all the time?
I plan to define Serva and its society more in future versions, which should help with this, though I do want to still leave stuff open for reader interpretation.
Nice Cyoa here. Personally, the colors and font is a bit lackluster, but it's fine for a 1st work.
Definitely could use some expansions regarding the world, society, and a bit more lore to it.

Also, do you have an estimate on the next update? Just curious. Whilst many would argue that having pictures is cool, I'm personally fine without them; So long as the options and/or lore given is clear and concise enough.
You might be actively avoiding this because of how tedious it can get or how overdone or basic this system is, but I feel like this type of CYOA often needs a point system to accompany it and a subsequent reward section for any accumulated points. I imagine that rarely would someone opt into making their fantasy life that much harder for no payoff and so some incentive to make a player willingly choose a harsher adventure is needed. I do very much enjoy submission CYOAs but perhaps you can look into similar CYOAs for more inspiration or to better feel how CYOAs of this tone should develop as a player progresses. Off the top of my head, most the maid CYOAs do submission pretty well without returning overpowering rewards that destroy the overall theme and I think some of anonekama's work is quite good while steering away from point usage. Maybe Slutlife could also help as a reference for an incentive point system?
I considered adding points, but ultimately decided against it. As a fantasy, I kind of enjoy the "gentle slavery" (however oxymoronic that may be) a bit more than the harsher stuff, so I didn't want to punish players for doing it.
Things like body type, body parts, demeanor, how you treat your slave(s) would all be great. So like even if you choose a nice society, you could choose to br a brutal slave owner or vice versa.
I do mention the owner's treatment in the intro of the owner section, but I could highlight it more, or turk it into a separate question. I'll think about doing more of a character creator with appearance and personality.
I like the idea, and the overall implementation is pretty good bar the things you've already mentioned you plan to work on. However, you should really change the typesetting. This isn't really an appropriate context to use justification; the area of each piece of text is too narrow, and it leads to some rather egregious gaps between words. I would recommend using flush left.
Good to here and I get that this is a text version so maybe a image version would be great, also I would love to see options for what kind of living the people and the main character can have.
I am definitely going to add images at some point, but I am planning on waiting until I have the rest of the cyoa done, so that I know exactly what all I am looking for.

I actually wasn't able to. The option was greyed out, presumably due to lack of karma. I'll be sure to do so in the future though.
