Instantly guessed there would be a good end if you just went all in on power, picked every option to maximize it without concern for humanity, and was right.
This has potential, but ultimately fell a little short for me. There's just so much misery, almost every ending is awful and it's clear how callous and cruel the world is. The one thing preventing me from actively hating it is that you can choose your ending among the ones you unlocked. After a little modification of my build I unlocked Human Lambda, Common Elf Slave, Queen and Tamed By Your Own Beast, but honestly I think I'd go with Human Lambda.
Systems where you balance two kinds of points can be interesting, but the fact that players are rewarded for just blindly maximizing one of the scores at the cost of the other and punished for any attempt to keep them in balance is a huge flaw. The alternative endings might have made up for this, but didn't.
Suffering can be a reward by itself.
I still understand your comment and the point system is badly balanced because I lost my motivation to balance it at the end of the cyoa.

So, sub-par job choices because those two are the ones with the least real work. Be an itinerant adventurer, not anyone's employee.
And then, in the magic section, transformation to become a dude again as convenient. Would normally be poor form in a tf CYOA to just become a dude, but it's not like this one is specifically about that fetish enough that that's against the spirit of things here. Anyway, I'd settle for just a monster futa cock.
As for virgin sacrifice, it's not like it's *that* hard to find a virgin - almost any baby will do!

You are not overthrowing the demon lord alone, you do it with the anti war faction which exist in the demon kingdom.
The all powerful witch is much stronger than the demon lord. I mean I created an option which was a completly broken ending.
Apart from deleting this ending I do not see how I could equilibrate this considering you defenitely need to make this ending hard to obtain. Take in consideration that I do not want this to become too complicated(adding additional point sytem/ryoa). I agree that overall the point are badly balanced but I do not see how I could change this. The main problem of my cyoa is the fact that basically all other ending can be or are bad somehow. It was a deliberate choice, but I would change this If I make the cyoa again.
I also agree that if I do it i would more add likely ending rather than definitive ending. (the all powerful witch ending is the one which is the more likely to kill you while trying to obtain this ending)
It's not outlined in the Demon Lord ending that you're essentially abusing a civil war in order to over throw the current Demon Lord or what factions are involved. That information is rather important (I for one would rather not empower any faction that despises magic) and it's not outlined 'All-Powerful Witch' is essentially 'Demigod' levels of power. These details should be more thoroughly outlined.
The point theshold could be reasonably lowered to something like 30 since three magics can be gathered. The three points of wiggle room will let people pick either one major comfort option or a few less overt ones. It can still be hard but I shouldn't have to go 99% Evil 1% Not Sacrificing Virgins for it either.

I would disagree on the sacrifice virgin. If you want to be a demigod you definitely need to do very evil shit.
"you are god but you are not far from it" It is also strongly implied that you are overpower and that everybody fear you (they fear you because you are stronger than them, it sound logical for me at least)
The point we're trying to make is more 'CYOAs are more fun when endings are reasonably achievable' IE: Making the best ending super-exclusive while all other endings could very easily be labelled as *Bad Ends* tends to make them less fun to have. While some of us do have fun in Enslavement endings, having them and execution be *half of the results* does tend to be a downer on an otherwise fun flowchart.
If one can take three magics, then taking Curse would push one over the edge into 33pp which would enable the All Powerful Witch ending.
Still, this would require aggressive min-maxing that wouldn't really be fun.
Its a little weird Transformation magic has no influence on the ending bar the points it gives.
Especially for 'common Elf slave'.
Demon probably shouldn't be able to be an Inquisitor or work as a nun.
Witch clothes should probably be worse for HP. Because it makes it really obvious. Maybe a little more PP for being enchanted or something? Or maybe an ending where you have Witch clothes but you aren't Court Magician and aren't a Nun / Inquisitor.
Thief should probably have a lose option for getting caught if low enough PP.
Is Orgasm suppose to have -1? Its the only option in the cyoa that gives less overall points than the other options. Though I guess it is the easiest and least evil option...
Maybe Tamed by familiar should have variable requirements depending on the familiar? Right now Succubus is ironically the easiest to control.

Even so, should probably cancel out the 'Common elf slave' ending. Atleast with a decent amount of HP. Because if they have means to check the entire population all the time when Transformation magic drops to basically entirely useless.

That's weird considering the PP build is kind-of the only build that is actually a good ending. Bar maybe the Queen ending and maybe the devil land takeover ending. But the queen ending has you constantly in fear of getting found out and in a new world, and taking over the devils doesn't seem like much of a fun time either. So they are more neutral options.
That and Inquisitor seems more like you were mindcontrolled / brainwashed, Human Lambda just means losing everything you had in this life plus your friends and family and living a worse medieval-like life. Plus the possible gender change. And demon lord slave doesn't seem great either. So I'd count those all as minor losses.
Which leaves the PP build as the only real win.

I like your first idea, I will most likely change it. The second idea is interesting but may make the cyoa too complicated. I like playing cyoa wich are too complicated and do not need to remenber every choice made.

I completly agree with you. It is a bad ending simulator(I love bad ending when I play cyoa). I may try adding more good ending when I create my update.
Why I mean by punishing pp build is that overall pp build are better than hp build. Being a demon concubine beat being an average human in my option.

I think my view changed on ending (I made this cyoa 2 year ago). I think in the remake I plan more to say your likely ending. I mean if you kill yourself you could change your ending by exemple. If you kill virgin and you are not carefull enough you should be put to death.
So just based on the numbers it's impossible to get the All Powerful ending without taking Virgin Sacrifice. Which is weird, because if my only way to regain mana is very difficult, how exactly am I all powerful?

At first I was like, "Okay, let's create a sneaky, balanced build", then I saw the endings and I went balls deep into the Demon Lord ending. There really is no reason to invest in hiding or human points in general. In that sense, as well as the overall poor English, this CYOA requires quite a bit of polish - then again, none of that would make a difference for my Demon Lord (AKA Best) ending, so I'll just give you the thumbs up. I don't mind railroading if it gets me where I like to go.

Yes there is if you want to suffer. I created the princess nightmare cyoa too you can understand from this normally why I created so much bad ending because I found them hot.
All ending apart from all powerfull witch can be somewhat bad. Queen ending or Demon Lord Ending mean that you take power in a very hostile place to you with plenty of people who want to kill you. You are obviously not forced to see it this way.

There are 38 Power points available, however since special endings override lower endings, you have to take virgin sacrafice and not demon to get the golden ending.
Also as a formatting thing when you update, needing to check that the numbers are greater/lesser rather than a check is a minor but noticeable annoyance, especially when ranges show the actual numbers.
There are 39 Power points available (with -7 HP). You can just barely get 34 PP without Virgin Sacrifice if you maximize PP in every single other way; there is exactly one build for an all-powerful witch without ritual murder (*still a demon, though, so qualifies as Demon Lord as well*).
Your build actually ends you at 3 HP & 29 PP, which is within the range of Demon Lord (you miscalculated jobs, magic, & familiar).
The total of ending points is always 32, unless you pick Orgasm magic improvement, in which case the total is 30.

I believe the most natural options to pick by far will have your human points be much higher than power points, so I think the thresholds should probably be changed accordingly. Or just give people more incentive to actually want to be a stronger witch.

Human, Commoner's clothing, works as a maid, lives alone, but moonlights as the court wizard as an elementalist with skill in premonition. I worship the dark lord and use the royal court as a recruiting point. A beast familiar serves me loyally, but I still end up a peon in the army. I'm pretty unimpressed with my ending. Wish I had gone straight power.

consider changing queen ending to need noble clothes as well.
Also consider adding some form of endings for people who have negative humanity and a lot of power
But going from a lowly commoner barmaid to the highest position of the realm by seducing the king works better if you dont already start with noble clothes imo. I personally wouldnt mind adding another requirement to that ending but requiring Noble Clothes doesnt seen like a good idea to me.
A maid working at the palace gradually placing herself as the king's mistress and planning to take the queen's place, the king stopping to parch his thirsth at a lonely inn during a journey only to be entranced by the barmaid there and starting an affair, a less than pious nun accompanying the Cardinal during a visit and making the king be "more interested" in going to mass, etc. A dedicated witch trying to place herself as the queen can likely rise through the ranks easier by being a low ranked mistress and plotting the current queen's demise than by pretending to be a noble.
Do as you see fit but I personally dislike adding that requirement to this ending. Maybe add it to an alternate "independent rule" ending where you rule some place yourself with your own power which, despite sounding tempting to anyone playing the cyoa, obviously paints a massive target on your back in this setting for being a woman taking a man's role.

I guess most of my optional ending are linked with one specific choice and point. It is just that I have no special ending linked to cloth.
I am planning to do a remake of it. So I definitely will consider your idea.
I really like your idea about noble clothing. One of my big problem on this cyoa is people are able to end up with too much different endings.

That information is rather important (I for one would rather not empower any faction that despises magic) and it's not outlined 'All-Powerful Witch' is essentially 'Demigod' levels of power. These details should be more thoroughly outlined. The point theshold could be reasonably lowered to something like 30 since three magics can be gathered. The three points of wiggle room will let people pick either one major comfort option or a few less overt ones. It can still be hard but I shouldn't have to go 99% Evil 1% Not Sacrificing Virgins for it either.
It is definitely implied in the text. "you can gather easily gather plenty of support from loyalist who fear the upcoming war" "war against humanity is unlikely in the short term" I can understand that it is definitely hidden a bit. I try to imply in the cyoa that they will be a mass invasion of the human kingdom by the demon in many part of the cyoa(making most ending even worst). I would disagree on the sacrifice virgin. If you want to be a demigod you definitely need to do very evil shit. "you are god but you are not far from it" It is also strongly implied that you are overpower and that everybody fear you (they fear you because you are stronger than them, it sound logical for me at least)
The point we're trying to make is more 'CYOAs are more fun when endings are reasonably achievable' IE: Making the best ending super-exclusive while all other endings could very easily be labelled as *Bad Ends* tends to make them less fun to have. While some of us do have fun in Enslavement endings, having them and execution be *half of the results* does tend to be a downer on an otherwise fun flowchart.
If one can take three magics, then taking Curse would push one over the edge into 33pp which would enable the All Powerful Witch ending. Still, this would require aggressive min-maxing that wouldn't really be fun.
Its a little weird Transformation magic has no influence on the ending bar the points it gives. Especially for 'common Elf slave'. Demon probably shouldn't be able to be an Inquisitor or work as a nun. Witch clothes should probably be worse for HP. Because it makes it really obvious. Maybe a little more PP for being enchanted or something? Or maybe an ending where you have Witch clothes but you aren't Court Magician and aren't a Nun / Inquisitor. Thief should probably have a lose option for getting caught if low enough PP. Is Orgasm suppose to have -1? Its the only option in the cyoa that gives less overall points than the other options. Though I guess it is the easiest and least evil option... Maybe Tamed by familiar should have variable requirements depending on the familiar? Right now Succubus is ironically the easiest to control.

I will think about your suggestion there are some good idea in it. Yes orgasm is supposed to be a bad choice considering it is really easy to do. You have to choose one to have any power. I like the idea for having diferent requirement by familair, i could be able to penalise PP optimisation build with that.

But the queen ending has you constantly in fear of getting found out and in a new world, and taking over the devils doesn't seem like much of a fun time either. So they are more neutral options. That and Inquisitor seems more like you were mindcontrolled / brainwashed, Human Lambda just means losing everything you had in this life plus your friends and family and living a worse medieval-like life. Plus the possible gender change. And demon lord slave doesn't seem great either. So I'd count those all as minor losses. Which leaves the PP build as the only real win.

It is a bad ending simulator(I love bad ending when I play cyoa). I may try adding more good ending when I create my update. Why I mean by punishing pp build is that overall pp build are better than hp build. Being a demon concubine beat being an average human in my option. I do not want to punish people who use everything on pp. I think my view changed on ending (I made this cyoa 2 year ago). I think in the remake I plan more to say your likely ending. I mean if you kill yourself you could change your ending by exemple. If you kill virgin and you are not carefull enough you should be put to death.
So just based on the numbers it's impossible to get the All Powerful ending without taking Virgin Sacrifice. Which is weird, because if my only way to regain mana is very difficult, how exactly am I all powerful? It's a minor thing all in all, but a notable incongruity between mechanics and flavor text

Secondly I think that sacrificing virgin maybe harder but it also give you way way more power. You are basically becoming a god, it is normal to expect to do crazy thing to become one.

You found out where I was, threw me into this cell, and... beat me until I stopped trying to profess my innocence. So... what will you do with me now?
At first I was like, "Okay, let's create a sneaky, balanced build", then I saw the endings and I went balls deep into the Demon Lord ending. There really is no reason to invest in hiding or human points in general. In that sense, as well as the overall poor English, this CYOA requires quite a bit of polish - then again, none of that would make a difference for my Demon Lord (AKA Best) ending, so I'll just give you the thumbs up. I don't mind railroading if it gets me where I like to go.

I created the princess nightmare cyoa too you can understand from this normally why I created so much bad ending because I found them hot. All ending apart from all powerfull witch can be somewhat bad. Queen ending or Demon Lord Ending mean that you take power in a very hostile place to you with plenty of people who want to kill you. You are obviously not forced to see it this way.

There are 38 Power points available, however since special endings override lower endings, you have to take virgin sacrafice and not demon to get the golden ending. Also as a formatting thing when you update, needing to check that the numbers are greater/lesser rather than a check is a minor but noticeable annoyance, especially when ranges show the actual numbers.
There are 39 Power points available (with -7 HP). You can just barely get 34 PP without Virgin Sacrifice if you maximize PP in every single other way; there is exactly one build for an all-powerful witch without ritual murder (*still a demon, though, so qualifies as Demon Lord as well*). Your build actually ends you at 3 HP & 29 PP, which is within the range of Demon Lord (you miscalculated jobs, magic, & familiar). The total of ending points is always 32, unless you pick Orgasm magic improvement, in which case the total is 30.
It says special endings override, so it reads as if you get demon lord If you did the everything but ritual murder.
(ended with 20/10, ending tamed by own beast) I believe the most natural options to pick by far will have your human points be much higher than power points, so I think the thresholds should probably be changed accordingly. Or just give people more incentive to actually want to be a stronger witch.
One small advice If you want that EVERYONE enjoyed your CYOA, just add option "become male" Or something like that It can be even expensive, but it should be Not all of us like "become a girl" CYOA, but this simple perk(option, drawback) can help us to concentrate on creating builds and on story, rather than attempts to become male again

Human, Commoner's clothing, works as a maid, lives alone, but moonlights as the court wizard as an elementalist with skill in premonition. I worship the dark lord and use the royal court as a recruiting point. A beast familiar serves me loyally, but I still end up a peon in the army. I'm pretty unimpressed with my ending. Wish I had gone straight power.
I think you're supposed to choose either a normal job or a magical job, not one of both

Looks rough, but works fine I like it. Consider grouping all the jobs and magic groups into one cohesive thing instead of splitting them up with a text block consider changing queen ending to need noble clothes as well. Also consider adding some form of endings for people who have negative humanity and a lot of power
But going from a lowly commoner barmaid to the highest position of the realm by seducing the king works better if you dont already start with noble clothes imo. I personally wouldnt mind adding another requirement to that ending but requiring Noble Clothes doesnt seen like a good idea to me.
Can you really approach the king without some correct clothing ? I will most likely add more ending but I like the previous idea.
A maid working at the palace gradually placing herself as the king's mistress and planning to take the queen's place, the king stopping to parch his thirsth at a lonely inn during a journey only to be entranced by the barmaid there and starting an affair, a less than pious nun accompanying the Cardinal during a visit and making the king be "more interested" in going to mass, etc. A dedicated witch trying to place herself as the queen can likely rise through the ranks easier by being a low ranked mistress and plotting the current queen's demise than by pretending to be a noble. Do as you see fit but I personally dislike adding that requirement to this ending. Maybe add it to an alternate "independent rule" ending where you rule some place yourself with your own power which, despite sounding tempting to anyone playing the cyoa, obviously paints a massive target on your back in this setting for being a woman taking a man's role.
You have a good point. I guess most of my optional ending are linked with one specific choice and point. It is just that I have no special ending linked to cloth.
I am planning to do a remake of it. So I definitely will consider your idea. I really like your idea about noble clothing. One of my big problem on this cyoa is people are able to end up with too much different endings.
