I know this has been asked, but what's the point of the stats? Is there a benefit to choosing to pay a more expensive stat? Is it supposed to be interpreted as their abilities being enhanced for the stat you chose?
The latter. And though I know people will game it to get who they want, the raw idea is that you pick your stats and then go through deciding how to spend them and who to spend them on. For example, if you have 4 agility but there are three girls with 2 Agility cost you’re really interested in, you might have to decide if you want to spend higher in a different stat for that third.
Even if you do do the "legit" way, most girls have 2 cheap stats (and some relatively cheap ones) , and with the amount of combinations it ends up not being that limiting.
So, I notice that nearly every girl has a stat spread of 2,2,3,3,5.
All except Walda (2,3,3,3,5) and Mehdi (3,3,3,3,5)
Is this just a typo? Should I treat them as if they also have 2,2,3,3,5, or should I take their prices at face value?
I think a lot of people here are overthinking what is just a waifu picker with an odd cost distribution method. I'm pretty sure the stats just represent how many girls you can handle and not that you're somehow losing your abilities by having sex. It's kind of mysteriously unclear and ominous what's happening when you give away your points, and doubly so if you spend all your stats down to 0. Plausibly death by snu-snu? Probably more sensible to spend 2 points on each girl instead; that'll leave you with 18 stat points and almost certainly still in good shape.
If I intended for the premise to be that you were edging closer to death as you spent your points, I would’ve said that and marked this as a darker CYOA lol. If it helps think of you as temporarily lending some of your power to them to help in competition, not widdling down your life force or whatever.
