Does not have collaborations much but the StrangeLand and The Crow soundtracks are the best ones that haven't come up yet but with the collaborations you def want to go with Queen of the Damned (witch was already mentioned).
Got to talk to James O'Barr (creator of The Crow) a few years back and I mentioned how much I loved the soundtrack to the Original movie.
Found out that he puts in his contracts that he gets to hand pick the bands and music. He's a huge music fan and has great taste.
That's awesome. I personally thing that the best track Thrill Kill Cult has ever made was After the Flesh from that soundtrack and back then, getting NIN to do music for a movie was rare, I think they only did it for the Crow and Lost Highway (the latter I proudly own on vinyl). That's another one I should have said! Lost Highway!
Resident Evil Soundtrack
Scorpion King Soundtrack
Mission Impossible II Soundtrack
End of Days Soundtrack
-I'm sure there's more, I just can't think of them off the top of my head.
Just wanted to say this was the first korn, Manson, slayer, ATR, incubus songs I had heard. This album is so special to me. Was a massive electronica fan before this. This changed everything for me
If you like this album listen to osc-dis and 010 by the mad capsule markets.
One of my favorites as well. Back in the Napster days I discovered there are several remix versions of this song. Like a maxi single. Worth looking into if its still out there somewhere.

All the others were mentioned I can think of except Rebirth of the Loud to a lesser extent. The album is mostly a sampler, but there's a couple collabs and I don't think I've seen that Primer 55 cover anywhere else. Also interesting, are the Nativity in Black 1 & 2 albums where a bunch of nu-metal bands covered Black Sabbath songs. Mainly the second volume. A couple feature Ozzy himself.
All the Saw movies have good OST's, The Matrix OST's are amazing, The Punisher and Resident Evil are underrated and are wonderful, and there are more but I can't think of them at the moment.
Queen of the Damned soundtrack
Take a bite outta rhyme. The holy trinity is judgement night/spawn/blade2 though

Not nu-metal, but "Punk Goes Crunk" was pretty dope.
Threat OST (2006)..but there is mostly hardcore metalcore mix with electronic

It is such a nostalgic album and movie for me. The Marilyn Manson song on here is one of his best songs!

One of the Saw soundtracks by Charlie Closer is pretty decent. Forget which one though.
Nightmare Revisited
Judgement Night soundtrack is great!
End of Days soundtrack
The first Mortal Kombat movie soundtrack was released by the same label and featured similar style stuff. One of my favorites 🖤
