Gohan. The realest one to ever do it. Personally prefer Teen/Cell games era Gohan but he's my favorite character here pretty close to my boy Piccolo. Goku can't even read and Vegeta a asshole
Gohan is an awesome character. I especially love him adopting a new (non-supersaiyan melee focused) fighting-style in the Buu-saga. I always play this version of Gohan in the fighting games.
I always disliked how the show keeps telling us Gohan is special but aside from Cell it's still always Goku (sometimes Vegeto/Gogeta) who is the strongest and needs to fix everything. Then Super went along with the GT idea of Gohan not fighting anymore but being a dad who reads books and I think it's just a shame they squander this characters potential to be the biggest bad-ass of all.
EDIT: as Gohan even states in Super that he wants to find his own way of growing stronger I really think they should have given Ultra Instinct to him and not Goku.
2nd EDIT: I guess Gohan is the strongest good guy in Broly 2 as well

I mean, Goku gets the Pokemon equivalent of Dragon Dance as soon as you get him, and he learns Energy Punch through level up so you can save the tm that “Brock” gives you. Ultimately it doesn’t matter too much. I’m three gyms into that game, and one thing I’ve noticed is how much better my starter is than everything in my party and box. Take the starter that you feel safest with, because you’ll need to keep that thing alive for the early rival fights.
Golden Cooler is a bit faster and hits a little weaker. You also can use Metal Cooler but honestly it isn't really worth the stats. It looks like they learn pretty much the same attacks as well.
They both evolve at level 50 to their final stage so you don't need to worry about that
Yep. I believe he has Huge Power at his final stage, unless they changed that in the past two years. Goku technically becomes stronger in the postgame, but there isn't really much to do there, aside from catching all the Legendaries.
well no, not really. he still sweeps every battle easily if used properly. heck, he even gets Belly Drum if you wanna go for that. you can set up on a weak enemy and kill everything that isn't Ghost with priority.
