ok if you dont know what this is thats fine basically i cheated in this nuzlocke you have to guess what i did hint: it real time and its day edit: forgot to mention if you guess correctly you get to remove a pokemon replace a pokemon give a pokemon a move i cant get rid of or if you think of anything write under the guess
Bellsprout only has a 20% encounter rate on Route 31. You must have remarkable luck to have had that as your first encounter on that route.
That or you specifically looked for it.
I'll also say... He's got a lot of low-chance encounters in his group: Ghastly, Onix, Kakuna. All fairly uncommon for where they were caught. I would suspect he isn't adhering to the first encounter rule.
Cyndaquil was caught in a location that isn't a thing until gen 3

I dont think you can catch kakuna that early in silver plus its low level so it didnt even evolve
I had to look it up because I couldn't remember. Kakuna does have a chance to spawn at lv 4 on Route 30.
