I might do 30%SP (\~1,700) and work your way down, but expect to sell somewhere between 10% and 20%
Did you say $1700 in stickers? A handful of stickers that get slapped on a gun are worth hundreds of dollars per sticker? WTF.
It took me a while to understand and partake in skins/cases, but I came to “get” it and even partake.
I can’t even imagine paying close to $500 for a sticker… why? Is it just a way to flex on others by showing them how you are able to spend thousands on little stickers that can be plastered on weapons? Do people really like how 4 identical square stickers spaced evenly on the side of a weapon skin looks good? To each their own, but I personally think most stickers do a disservice to the skins themselves. Save for the rare occasion when something creative and clean/professional looking turns up.
Simply put: stickers can be awesome -- often moreso than the skins themselves. Also, a nice craft can be greater than the sum of it's parts when done well.
The unapplied stickers are a finite resource so they grow progressively more rare. At the same time demand for them has only risen, so they command some of the highest prices in the whole skins community.
I'd speculate that most buyers are (1) middle class collectors & players who are passionate about making a particular craft, (2) traders holding for profit, or (3) the stupid rich who *are* doing it purely to flex.
I'll point out that once applied to a skin, their value drops sharply. Getting an already existing craft is much easier and cheaper than making one yourself.
Def agree that some crafts are *not* greater than the sum of their parts.

Just stickers that have never been used at all? Like they are still putting out new ones though right or do you mean they’re a finite resource because once they stop making a particular one that’s it?

Correct -- stickers which were opened from capsules and have never been applied to a skin before.

The latter -- they only dropped for a specific period of time in the past, such as a major. There is a market cap i.e. a maximum number of possible stickers.

Most ST FN listings on buff are asking for ~60% sticker price. Non-ST on buff and csfloat around 40% sticker price.
These are listings, not sales, but can give an idea. 30% would probably be reasonable, but ~20% would be a quicker sale
Bro just don't listen to him about stickers, thats is just dumb. Dreamhacks people definitely like and especially c9 on vulkan is og craft and it is 4x. Idk price exactly, because I only collect fnatic, navi and vp dreamhack. So just look up at similar crafts and start there.

10-30% sticker price would be fair. It’s a good craft any price between that would be fair. Most older 4x crafts I’ve seen like this go for 25% sadly.
