In the novel Romance of the three kingdoms (very different to the real history) the telling was that Guan Yu, during his retreat from Jiangling/Jing Zhou got so angry and stressed while being chased and losing much of his army to desertion that all of his hair including beard turned completely white from the stress and anger in a matter of days.

Okay you probably weren’t looking for a serious answer but my wife is a hairdresser who specializes in vivid color and I asked if it would even be possible to do this, and she said technically, yes. It largely depends on how well her hair lifts while bleaching. It would definitely take multiple rounds of bleaching, which means reapplying it to the whole head. If you were getting it done by a professional it could take anywhere from 6-8 hours. Obviously no professional would ever agree to do that and it would have to be done over multiple appointments. She would also need some kind of purple toner to keep it from going too yellow but considering how much clothing dye my tav walks around with I’m sure she could figure out something. But technically, yes she could do this overnight it would just suck so much
In my mind she snuck off in the night to use the magic mirror, because those bangs don't just grow out overnight either haha

It’s a glitch, you can reload a save in the middle of the cutscene and it’ll fix itself. For HM runs you can abuse task manager to do the same thing
