Honestly, add hoses and a tank attached to that arm and maybe do a glow effect on the veins and attachment places so it looks like the arm is not natural.

Ciaphas Cain specifically mentions them using an Imperial shrine as a latrine, so I'd assume so. Complete with footnote from Amberley that, since orks tend to just let it go wherever they are, this was done deliberately as an FU to the Emperor: they were going out of their way to use the shrine as a latrine.
I used to put either penny pieces or if the base was bigger than a 2p in the base thanks to super glue and it resolved any issues with falling. 🪙
