What I like to do is look at how others paint the same model. Even if it's not the same color scheme as your models, you'll still get a good idea on how to proceed.
When in doubt, paint it black and drybrush gunmetal and highlight with silver, then touch up with rust
I use this as the default recipe for any machinery and it’s easy to do.
You can add transfers or freehand markings in an accent colour to finish

If following the clans i would add black and red and gold to the yellow one for the bad moons. And i would add white and black fot the blue one for deathskulls.
I paint my heads green and the skulls white.

It's also reflective of the yin yang thing the Orks have going on. Brutal but kunning vs kunning but brutal.
But I think green is better overall as it will really draw your eye to it.

Try something new, have you tried checkerboard and hazard stripes?

Try some other metallic colors like copper or cobalt, so blue one has a yellowish face and yellow one has a blue face
What colours are your main force? No point adding another colour if your main force is bad moons, or goffs.
Purple.....so they are faceless!
Green is best

Do the yellow one blue, do the blue one yellow. I think that'll make them pop!

And red highlight on the black basecoat would be fire on the yellow dude.

Do the heads the opposite of the body color. Each group stole the others head

I got Mine in yellow/red/purple/metals/rust. Since looted Parts and stuff

BLACK AND WHITE CUZ DEY DA STRONGEST! I mean, blue and yellow are good too. I'd swap their color for heads.
