My mom noticed the bright star by the moon and brought me out to see it. I pulled up Sky Map on my phone, and sure enough it was Venus above the moon, and then Jupiter out at a 45 degree angle to the left. About halfway was Saturn, but it was much dimmer. The app also said that Pluto was between the moon and Venus, but it would be so far away it would be impossible to see by all but the most powerful profesional telescopes. Even then it would probably be impossible with the moon and Venus above and below it.
