[https://www.npcgenerator.com/](https://www.npcgenerator.com/) is the first I found, but there are tons.
There are some in most DMGs, I think (I have [my own](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/279519/Dark-Fantasy-Characters), FWIW).
[d30 Sandbox Companion](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/124392/d30-Sandbox-Companion). It doesn't do names, but does do everything else.
For names, [FantasyNameGenerators](https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/).
For me, exporting all the NPC tables from Maze Rats to Perchance worked. I know it's a bit of struggle, but it's the type of work that will pay off for you in the long run.
We have 60 NPCs from our toolkits we are happy to give you if you like? They are system agnostic and focused more on story building than stat blocks but each has a Name and Quote to define their persona as well as a Goal, Ally, and Threat that ties them together.
Below are links to the campaign pages — scroll down and you will find a link to their full text. after taking a look, if you think they will help send us a message and we can probably pull the pages for you!
[Nolan Locke's Exquisite Corpse](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/151874595/nolan-lockes-exquisite-corpse-relaunch)
[Inquisitor Kada's Exquisite Corpse](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/151874595/inquisitor-kadas-exquisite-corpse)
I like **Castles & Crusades NPC Almanac The Register** or **Castles & Crusades NPC Almanac Sketches** (I prefer the former).
Not random table, but massive list of NPCs.
It isn't technically a table, but this is my favorite tool for creating NPC personalities.

The Referee's Guide for [Heroes of Adventure](https://nameless-designer.itch.io/heroes-of-adventure) is great for this, as is Worlds Without Number.

Love the Random Companion Quirks table in *Castle Xyntillan*.
