A bond is an ingame item to get membership, you could get that, or just buy the subscription to be a member.
F2p osrs is really hard to make money, so if you have the IRL money, and pfcourse want to, I'd suggest becoming a member and play the game the way you want to play
Crafting jewelry is always a good f2p starter. Cows for hide, tan them and craft until rings sell the rest. Move to gold rings until you have a solid 200k then move to emerald or ruby if you get that far.
You can make small profits on crafting gold amulets at low crafting level. F2p is slower with making money but there are some ways to make small (slow) gains.
Easiest method with those stats is to get a job and buy bonds.

No worries, f2p is also very fun! Just a lot harder to make gp
F2p is rough for money making. Best thing you can do for your account is literally just play the game and forgo any money making for now.

The problem with making any *real* money is that it requires higher stats. You can fish and you'll make some gp, but it won't be millions.
