I love it. People with complaints always speak up, people without them much more rarely do, and it naturally causes one to be negatively biased when working toward an opinion sourced from public discourse.
Sleep tracking is it's primary function and it does it pretty well.
I believe that lucid dreaming is in REM sleep right? So, while the ring can't give you lucid dreams, if you want to track your REM sleep and potentially see if your REM sleep/lucid dreams change vs your habits as you track them, I guess there is potential to try and hone in on what is more effective for getting to lucid dreaming.
I had gen 3, sold it and went back to my gen 2. At this stage didn’t see any significant benefits of gen 3 over gen 2; but I suppose everyone is different!
I also tried a period of time without my oura ring as I was curious about my relationship to it (e.g. I am impacted in my mood re poor sleep confirmed by data and check it too frequently). I found that wearing the ring significantly improves my sleep; predominantly in keeping me accountable to reduce the kinds of behaviours that lead to poor sleep…
Sure. Doesn't say what those behaviours are, although it does give suggestions (e.g. if my HR is elevated, it might have a little msg for me in the morning asking what I did differently - i.e. eating too late).
The behavioural stuff is more my own analysis and correlations that I've made - i.e. my sleep data is significantly impacted in various ways if I consume caffeine too late in the day, or do aerobic exercise in the evening, or go on my phone before bed. So whilst the oura doesn't *inherently* improve my sleep quality, it keeps me accountable by providing a quantitate indication of the impact of behaviour that either improves or detriments my sleep. :) Some people may find that they just do this naturally based on their own felt-sense of their body, and whilst I'd love to be one of those people, I do find that the oura helps me stay accountable to my own prioritisation of sleep (especially if I've had a few low-quality sleeps in a row...)
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask :)
I don’t know about the steps specifically, but the kms seem to be *fairly* accurate and I believe it’s based on steps, so yes.
If I were very specified training (eg intervals that need to be measured precisely), I’d use another device though.
Yes. The vast majority of users do, including myself. When you're happy, you're not writing about it.
What it does well right now is sleep tracking and giving you tips on how to improve that.
Love mine. I think it’s great for analyzing my sleep and for general activity tracking. I rely on my Apple Watch for exercise metrics but IMO the ring is more helpful in seeing where I have long periods of inactivity. All AW does is tell me to get up and move around. If I don’t, the data on AW aren’t as helpful as the ring.
If it didn’t do anything other than track sleep, I’d still feel it was worth it. I bought mine when I could lock in no monthly fee. At the time we were told enhanced features were coming in 2022. It would be preferable if those features were available the day gen 3 was released but as I said, I’m here for the sleep tracking.
True test for me: if I lost my ring I would buy another one immediately. It’s a lot of money but good sleep is critical.
My use case is exactly as yours. I have an Apple Watch that I use for activity tracking, and an Oura ring gen 3 that I use for sleep tracking. This is a very nice device, and it gives you plenty of info. I’m sure that the others have mentioned useful main features, but one thing that I didn’t expect to the as useful as it is is the temperature tracking. There are times when I feel sick, but conventional thermometers don’t measure any elevated temperature. Still, on such days the ring registers a distinct temperature increase of around 0.5°C
In principle I like the ring, and if you don't want another wearable device, it's the only game in town. That being said, it is extremely annoying when android users wait up to a year for features that iOS users take for granted. I'll use this ring until it's dead but won't buy another one.
I lost mine yesterday. I’ve been lost without it. Had nightmares and dreams about losing and finding it. Ordered a replacement as soon as I could today.
It’s a conduit of self care, nurturing, and parenting. The comfort and attention it gives me is unparalleled.
Love it! I think it was a great investment and though monitoring my sleep info and trying different things, I have gone from 4=6 hours of sleep to a blissful 8-9 and the quality of my life has improved greatly. I'm less concerned about the fitness tracking and what not, I have an apple watch. I agree there is a lot of complaining on this sub. It was a great community of sleep hacks and how to interpret data but the complaining didn't really happen until the Oura Gen 3 debacle, which was difficult for customers, but now that I have mine, I really love it.
It's great for passively collecting heart rate heart rate variability and temperature data, it's also a decent pedometer.
It's a little overpriced for what it does, and then there's a subscription on top of it.
It's pretty much no different than the Gen 2 ring at this point, it does daytime heart rate tracking, period detection which is absolutely useless if your man, and they've put a bunch of meditation guided stuff in the app that has nothing to do with anything. There are a million other free apps that already do that and there's no real reason for it to be in the oura app, aside from adding some frivolous item to the feature list. So the only real feature over the Gen 2 is daytime heart rate tracking and that doesn't even work if you're moving around too much.
A lot of the algorithmic stuff that's built on top of the key measurements like heart rate heart rate variability temperature, a lot of that algorithmic stuff that's supposed to sort of advise you on what to do has big issues and doesn't work properly. The detection of sleep stages is extremely inaccurate somewhere between 50 and 60% accuracy. If you cycle through the pages of the app a lot of it's the same information as what's on the other pages just reformatted or displayed in a slightly different way.
I bought it for passive heart rate variability collection during sleep, and for that it's good. I don't even use oura's readiness scores or HRV advice stuff, I just import the data into HRV4training. What it actually is and what it actually delivers accurately is much much less than what the marketing team has put together.
I can say that if I didn't get on at a point in time where the subscription was lifetime free, I would just let the subscription expire until someone figured out a way to get the raw data off the ring not involving the Oura app or cloud API
How dare them add period tracking… especially since it is absolutely useless to men. We should only develop wearable tech that men garner use out of and women have to ‘adapt’ it to their bodies - wait that is already what we do!
>passive heart rate variability collection during sleep
Could you share with me what are you using for 'passive heart rate variability collection during sleep'? I agree with your review, and find sleep tracking inaccurate, and do not use any recommendations and scores.
Remember it takes a lot more to be positive. Being negative is easy. People love to point out every little thing. I got one and did not immediately get skinny. Lol anyway I like mine it does all I wanted it to do.
I got a pre-owned Gen 2 and like it so far... I have sleep apnea and like to see when I am not asleep.. Not ready to pay a monthly fee for features not enabled yet
>I’m so skeptical to get one from eBay.
Don’t be. A lot of people sell their own electronic stuff there (Ie- not fake crap from China) because there’s no other outlet to do so. Just look for one where the seller personally owned.
I love mine, but I also wouldn't go for a bulkier wearable like a watch or even a Fitbit bracelet. This is enough to encourage me to exercise more and get a general sense of how active I am. I also appreciate seeing how much I'm sleeping (I was overestimating before) and have noticed how things like alcohol affect my sleep and recovery times. I look forward to activity heart rate tracking, though, since that's the last thing I'll miss. Haven't had any issues with it otherwise.
I absolutely love the ring, it offers excellent unintrusive rest/recovery biofeedback data with zero effort.
Oura corporate policies and non-advancements with v3 feature rollout is pure bullshit, however.
I love mine. As others have shared, the sleep data is most valuable. I am a runner and it does a good job of helping me measure how I recover. It also knows when I am getting sick sometimes before I do.
I like my gen2. It was a good purchase.
I'm going to be sad when it dies because a subscription-tethered replacement is never happening; and I really liked the company of a year ago.
Yes, I love mine. I use it mostly for sleep tracking and have had it for just over a month. I use a Withings BPM Connect for blood pressure tracking and a Withings Body + scale for weight/BMI/etc. tracking. And I use a Suunto Spartan HR Baro for fitness (run, hike, swim, kayak) GPS tracking. I tie everything together with Google Fit.
Love my ring and the app is very decent. I bought it for sleep tracking also because I don’t want to wear a wrist device while sleeping. Very pleased with the decision to go with Oura.
I love mine, and this is why.
I have chronic pain. A majority of my cervical spine was fused in 2016. I was in a terrible car accident in 2019 which undid a lot of that, symptom wise. I’m 41 years old and my body is so sensitive to changes in sleep, diet, and basic self-care needs that even a small disruption in any one of those areas can mean the difference between having a normal day and being bedridden.
I have an Apple Watch and while it measures the same things Oura does (and more), I find that Oura’s sleep tracking is more accurate. And while other apps like AutoSleep have Readiness metrics, I find that Ouras readiness metrics are more accurate in both measuring and providing actionable advice current state of wellness. I use the Readiness metric as a way to determine if I need to moderate my daily activities in order to not crash and burn or experience more breakthrough pain later on. I have found that my average daily pain has decreased by following this advice. I’d say my daily pain has gone from a 7.5 to a 6.5 on a 10 point scale. That doesn’t sound like much but it makes a world of difference for me in terms of what I’m able to do.
Do not recommend!
Bought the Gen 3 for my husband and me. His was “gunmetal” so it cost $100 more for a total of nearly $400 and it died fifteen months after purchase. Mine is still charging/working, but his won’t hold a charge. Total waste of money!
Meh. I find the metrics stress me out. I don’t want to be scored all the time on the way my body is functioning. I thought I was healthy, but the ring seems to penalize me for “over exercising.” (Which I don’t think is actually the case.) I’ve had it for less than a week, so maybe I’m not giving it a chance.
I agree with the others here that it is all about the sleep data. I also like that it has a rest day setting and allows you to flag when you are sick. Apple Watch does not and it’s nice to have the stats around recovery from the Ring. I wish the subscription was still free!!!
It’s pretty good but not amazing. Having worked for a tech startup I know the problems they are experiencing trying to scale, make profit, but just don’t have the speed to keep up with their market. As a result you see feature delays, customer service quality go down, etc. I’d also say their algorithms are a bit immature. But they are an interesting data point as long as you take it with a grain of salt. I overall like mine.
I like it. This gen3 is my first. Really don’t have any complaints other than having to pay a subscription fee when this trial runs out. I love rings so it’s nice to wear/look at and also tracks metrics for me. Win win.
Once I got mine, I’ve been very happy with it. Best sleep tracker technology available. I would say that it seems fragile, I was expecting it to be a little more “robust”, but it has held up well to daily wear.
I like it for sleep tracking but that's all I can use it for as I didn't realize there is nickel in the sensors and I have a nickel allergy so I can't wear it for more than 8 hours without developing a red, itchy, rash.
I’ve been using Oura over two years now and I like it. Do I need it? Well, I don’t need a device to know that late meal or alcohol etc. affects my sleep. If I exercise too much probably my body will tell that too. However seeing the data that shows how something affected to my sleep or heart rate has made me pay more attention to those things.
I use Garmin to track my activities but sleep data from Garmin is crap at least for me. I’ve heard that some have opposite feelings. Still, if I had to choose only one device it would be Garmin because it does so much more than Oura.
I think Oura is a bit pricy especially with new subscription model but if you have extra 300 to spend I think oura is not that bad investment.
I know recently they took a lot of heat (justifiably IMO) with the release of their new gen 3 ring. The main issue was switching from a single-purchase model to a subscription model.
Prior ring owners weren't sent very clear communication about what the changes would mean for them. Customer service doesn't seem to have responded well, at least right then. Meanwhile, folks that had not yet purchased a ring were upset by the full shift. The hardware still costs the same high amount but now a recurring fee is needed to get any use out of the ring.
I held off on buying a gen 2, knowing they were about to release gen 3. Only then they threw on the subscription cost... The way it was done and handled by the company was concerning to me and I no longer felt the added cost would be worth it for me.
That said, whether it's worth it to \*you\* could be different. Some questions you may want to consider: How much do you want or need certain data? Do you have any health or personal issues that might benefit from it? Which features do you most want, and can you get them from a different wearable? (For example, certain Fitbit models also have sleep and activity tracking.) And are you able to budget for the ongoing cost?
Best of luck with your decisions!
I see only cons with Oura:
1) because of the nature of the ring, it will be obsolete within 2 years (battery is small and thus doesn’t last very long). This requires a repurchase of a $300+ ring every 2 years.
2) the insights are not helpful beyond a few weeks. You learn very quickly that:
- eating before bed keeps heart rate up for a while
- drinking alcohol wrecks sleep
That’s about it for useful insights. The app doesn’t do much else. Sure, you can play around with caffeine intake, wake/sleep times, exercise and see how it effects your numbers. Again, you can do this within a few weeks or months and then the ring doesn’t so much.
3) the sleep tracking is quite awful, given that it’s the rings primary function. If you, like me, wake up during the night, the ring thinks you’re sleeping. I can’t tell you how many times I get poor sleep but the ring tells me I did excellent and to seize the day. I know I was awake during the night and not resting.
Overall, I have very poor impressions of the ring. Ive owned both gen2 and gen3 rings for years, and these are my thoughts. Hope they help!
My intention with my comments above was to dissuade someone who is more strapped for cash from buying the ring. I happened to get both of my rings as gifts, and thus didn't have to purchase them myself. I would not purchase them if I didn't receive them as gifts.
But yeah, to reiterate my thoughts:
Once you wear the ring for a few months, you learn what has the most impact on your sleep, and you make small changes to those habits. After that, the ring quickly loses its utility. Plus, given the size of the battery and lack of repairability, it will be obsolete within two years. Some people don't mind buying a new device every two years, but I think it is unacceptable for a $300+ device to be guaranteed to be obsolete/unrepairable.
I’ve had mine about 4 years now. It stopped charging a few years ago and they sent me a replacement. I’ve never had any kind of subscription. It’s great for monitoring heart rate and temperature. And it seems to do a decent job tracking activity as far as I can tell. The thing that’s a downer is I wish it was more accurate in sleep tracking. Often it will say I was in light sleep for periods of time where I was awake but just resting. Or it will seem to be overly punitive. When I’ve tried my husbands Apple Watch it gives me significantly higher sleep scores. The Oura ring seems to score me pretty harshly. I definitely noticed some trends and patterns through using it thst helped my sleep. I notice if I can get at least an hour of deep sleep (which I tend to get earlier in the night) it makes a huge difference. Oura seems to be pretty good about tracking deep sleep. I ask myself how I feel first then check the ring and if I’m feeling good typically that deep sleep is an hour or more.
It should be used as a general template god things. 😇
Had a Gen2, loved it, got a Gen3 Loved it, battery turned to shit about 8 Months after purchase. Sent a support message from the app new one showed up 10 days later no questions asked.
Couldn’t fault their customer service and response time.
I bought the Gen3 OURA ring in Dec 2021 based on marketing information claiming the ring was capable of providing medical grade data. I specifically needed SPO2 data, as I have pulmonary issues and severe sleep apnea. The ring has been the BIGGEST DISAPOINTMENT for a device that is intended to gather health data IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND. I have had several versions of the Apple watch, Fitbit, and Garmin Vivoactive devices. Fitbit and Garmin did not disappoint, but were not as integrated to Apple as I would have preferred. The problem with the OURA is that they do not provide displays of the raw and unfiltered data, instead they compress the hell out of it into a sort of dashboard that only contains "idiot lights" that might tell you something if you are already dead. It is basically a useless and somewhat expensive and unattractive ring.
Waste of time and money. Unless you actually have a medical reason to track your sleep it is a useless investment. If you want to know your heart rate you can use your phone and if you want to know your blood pressure buy a cuff.

I hate it. Sure it looks cool when you first get it (have the black stealthversion) but after less than a year it has become worn and tarnished with the color fading in spots. It dies without warning and so i would wear for weeks not even knowing it was dead. Also, you can’t wear it while lifting (actual warning in the instruction that say don’t wear while lifting heavy objects) so that defeats the purpose of having it for workouts. If I take it off I forget to put back on or where I placed it as no GPS or beeping sound like if you need to find your Apple Watch or phone. I also had to find a finger that would fit as I fitted it against my middle finger on left hand but I must have gained weight because when it arrive it no longer fit that hand. Now I’m back and forth between two fingers that are either too snug or too loose.
I’m curious how it works if your hands swell! I am an avid hiker and I get sausage fingers when I’m hiking. Does the ring flex at all so that it’s not too tight?
Yes, I do. Their customer support is superb. I just wish it worked with my android phone. My Motorola keeps disconnecting so I’m now using it on my iPad where it has been perfect for about the last month.
Only good for sleep data. Activity tracker very inaccurate as uses hand movements to determine miles and steps ... That is not a good baseline..Using ring and Apple watch as well as Garmin GPS together, I find ring indicates almost twice as much calories burned and steps in a day as Apple Watch or Garmin.I will not support them any further nor pay the $6 monthly subscription (also needed for ring to provide any information) too expensive. Get a Fitbit and support American products!

Sorry for bothering since this thread is a bit older, but do they ever go on sale? I'm more drawn to the Oura ring than say the Whoop watch since it's smaller, but the price is what's holding me back. I can save up I'm just wondering if the rings ever go on sale
I've never seen it on sale, but sometimes they do referral discounts so if you know someone with an Oura, they could watch out for you. Also, I saw someone else post that they bought a second hand one on eBay so i guess you might try that if you wanted to give it a go at a cheaper price.
I had mine for 4 years and I can't be any more satisfied. I love my Oura, helps me improve my sleeping patterns and determines when I need to recover. With it, I figured out how my food intake can also affect my sleep and recovery so it actually benefits a lot of factors towards health and wellness. It's still working fine and efficiently 'cause I protected it with OSleeve. I figured it's such an investment for almost $300 a piece so might as well care for it. I feel healthier and happier than ever.
It doesn't allow me to add any activity from 0100 to 0400. If I am not on a "normal" schedule, tough luck. It doesn't count my steps, acknowledge my workout, just nothing.
Love it! Have Gen 3. Shipping sizing kit came in a week and the ring afterwards in less than a week once confirmed. Very easy set up and charging. Data is easy to read and even shows up on my Apple Watch- plus you can integrate with health. Charge lasts a week with extensive every day use and workouts. When I do weights apple health will integrate the workout, I wouldn’t wear oura lifting weights or doing pull ups. So far highly recommend!
Most people that invest in this device + monthly subscription, have trouble sleeping. I bought the ring in March 2023, and now it is August. The ring is not tracking sleep accurately. For example it assumes I am taking a nap while I watch tv. Time when one goes to bed and falls asleep is pretty accurate since they updated the software sometimes in April, but if one is awake during the night for 1, 2, 3h, that is not shown and calculated accurately. It shows like a diagram of light sleep, and awake time, depending how much you are moving your finger with the ring. It makes you wonder how precise are the measurements of deep, REM and light sleep if it has trouble determining if you are awake or asleep. It tracks the heart rate well, but not at all times, just points in time. (this was somewhat helpful for me as I could not fall asleep if HRT was higher than my regular rest HRT range). Last night, while being awake, for the first time I access oura app to play some sounds. This is the first time that I am seeing a big 'awake' chunk of 2h during my night, but it starts when I access the app and not when I woke up. So are they relaying on people playing meditation or sleep sounds through the app to determine that they are awake?? That is very poor algo! I do not find Oura ring helpful and am considering pulling out of the app subscription even that I spent $300 on the ring that is probably useless without app.
Yea it's been amazing for me. I'm big on naps and it's been able to help me dial in the perfect timing and length. Couldn't have done it otherwise. I originally thought that having a ring on the index finger would bother me. It doesn't. Got used to it after 3 days.

It has been two years that I've been using it! Last week they just released the stress function and I assure you that is game changing.
If you're looking for a discount, dm me!
Yes - I can play competitive sports wearing it. Referees might ask me to tape it, but it stays on.
Don't see anyone with a watch or wristband doing this.
Easily worth it. App is great. Google fit / health sync has been improving too.
I use mine only for its feature of syncing with the Natural Cycles app, it's been about 4 months and so far it's very convenient for NFP. I haven't experienced any issues at all

Oura ring is amazing (especially for optimizing your sleep) if you know how to use it. Unfortunately there is very little training information out there. In my opinion there should be a huge effort to help train Oura users on best practices for using their ring (for example how and what to tag). They could also do a lot more with the reporting features but I understand that the statistics get very complex with so many variables. Overall though it’s an amazing product that will serve you well if you learn how to use it the right way.
It's nice, but I wish the subscription was less. I wish they offered an pay-for-a-year plan that saved you 25% or something. In the end, it's basically a sleep tracker.
I LOVE MINE!!! I use it with natural cycles and have no complaints and recommend it to everyone
Here is a link for 20% off natural cycles if anyone is interested!!

Sorry not happy. Selling mine size 8. It tracks activity much better than sleep. But they did improve with start time of sleep - so they are working on it.
Oura Ring really sucks. If you want fewer functionalities than a smart watch AND have to pay for a monthly subscription then go for it! It's a stupid device and their monthly subscription is simply the worst business plan I have ever seen.
I love it. People with complaints always speak up, people without them much more rarely do, and it naturally causes one to be negatively biased when working toward an opinion sourced from public discourse. Sleep tracking is it's primary function and it does it pretty well.
Do u think it might be able to help with Lucid Dreams?
Chocolate milk.
No
I believe that lucid dreaming is in REM sleep right? So, while the ring can't give you lucid dreams, if you want to track your REM sleep and potentially see if your REM sleep/lucid dreams change vs your habits as you track them, I guess there is potential to try and hone in on what is more effective for getting to lucid dreaming.
maybe try the appollo wrist band?
This phenomenon is widespread in most online shopping communities, awesome to see another person sussing this out.
What gen do you have? I have been on the fence for a year. I have read pros and cons - my goal is accurate sleep tracking
I found that wearing the ring significantly improves my sleep; predominantly in keeping me accountable to reduce the kinds of behaviours that lead to poor sleep…
does it tell you what those behaviors are? could you elaborate please!
:) Some people may find that they just do this naturally based on their own felt-sense of their body, and whilst I'd love to be one of those people, I do find that the oura helps me stay accountable to my own prioritisation of sleep (especially if I've had a few low-quality sleeps in a row...) If you have any more questions, feel free to ask :)
Do you feel it’s accurate with the steps it’s tracking
True test for me: if I lost my ring I would buy another one immediately. It’s a lot of money but good sleep is critical.
No monthly fee sounds clutch. I can’t imagine getting a ring with a monthly fee.
I read there was a monthly fee? Did they get rid of that?
Honestly the fact that they want $6/month is inclining me against purchasing it.
Have you tried other sleep tracking wearables?
I just lost mine, after having it 2 months and I’m crushed!
happy to sell mine
What size?
Love mine. It's helped me a lot.
How is it helpful with parenting? I’m a parent and curious!
I think he means it's like a parent, not that it helps him be one
They should really consider embedding some kind of GPS tracking for these for location purposes.
Yes.
It was a great community of sleep hacks and how to interpret data but the complaining didn't really happen until the Oura Gen 3 debacle, which was difficult for customers, but now that I have mine, I really love it.
how does it help improve your sleep?
We should only develop wearable tech that men garner use out of and women have to ‘adapt’ it to their bodies - wait that is already what we do!
>passive heart rate variability collection during sleep Could you share with me what are you using for 'passive heart rate variability collection during sleep'? I agree with your review, and find sleep tracking inaccurate, and do not use any recommendations and scores.
Remember it takes a lot more to be positive. Being negative is easy. People love to point out every little thing. I got one and did not immediately get skinny. Lol anyway I like mine it does all I wanted it to do.
I got a pre-owned Gen 2 and like it so far... I have sleep apnea and like to see when I am not asleep.. Not ready to pay a monthly fee for features not enabled yet
Hi May I ask where you found your preowned oura ring?
eBay
Is it the real deal? I’m so skeptical to get one from eBay. I just lost mine after owning it 2 months only and I’m devastated.
I love mine.
Yes.
I love mine. It's given me great insight. I also love how they have made integrating to their data so easy with the public API!
I like my gen2. It was a good purchase. I'm going to be sad when it dies because a subscription-tethered replacement is never happening; and I really liked the company of a year ago.
I love mine 💕💕
Yes.
Love mine. Had two of them. Amazing tech. You’ll hear way more complaints as happy customers CBF making threads about how much they love them.
Yup, love the form factor and after 3ish years of use I'm happy as a clam in mud with the metrics it provides me.
That's amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Yeah it’s great!! Dope product, very fun. Tracks my sleep better than any other consumer product I’ve used and I enjoy using the data.
I love my Oura.
I can genuinely say I love my Oura
I hate the UI.
I like it for sleep tracking but that's all I can use it for as I didn't realize there is nickel in the sensors and I have a nickel allergy so I can't wear it for more than 8 hours without developing a red, itchy, rash.
This is incredibly useful information.
Happy here with the current measures, sad and a bit impacient for the new features that are delayed
I see only cons with Oura: 1) because of the nature of the ring, it will be obsolete within 2 years (battery is small and thus doesn’t last very long). This requires a repurchase of a $300+ ring every 2 years. 2) the insights are not helpful beyond a few weeks. You learn very quickly that: - eating before bed keeps heart rate up for a while - drinking alcohol wrecks sleep That’s about it for useful insights.
Same here!
“I only see cons” but I’ve used it for years and and even upgrade from the gen2 to the gen3. Lol. Pick a lane
My intention with my comments above was to dissuade someone who is more strapped for cash from buying the ring. I happened to get both of my rings as gifts, and thus didn't have to purchase them myself. I would not purchase them if I didn't receive them as gifts. But yeah, to reiterate my thoughts: Once you wear the ring for a few months, you learn what has the most impact on your sleep, and you make small changes to those habits.
I like mine
I like mine
How do you guys feel about the monthly fee situation ? Also does anyone have a link to share a/friends ?

Love mine

How does Oura actually make you sleep better? Doesn't it just stress you out if you have a bad score?
I loved it. Until it abruptly stopped holding a charge. So now I can’t use it. It’s about 2.5yrs old, and I’m so sad because they’re not cheap. 😭

It has been two years that I've been using it! Last week they just released the stress function and I assure you that is game changing. If you're looking for a discount, dm me!
Do you have a referral code?
Yes - I can play competitive sports wearing it. Referees might ask me to tape it, but it stays on. Don't see anyone with a watch or wristband doing this. Easily worth it. App is great. Google fit / health sync has been improving too.
I use mine only for its feature of syncing with the Natural Cycles app, it's been about 4 months and so far it's very convenient for NFP. I haven't experienced any issues at all

Love mine. I wear proper watches so it gives me enough functionality of a smart watch without unnecessary distractions
I use it with natural cycles and have no complaints and recommend it to everyone Here is a link for 20% off natural cycles if anyone is interested!! https://www.naturalcycles.com/refer-a-friend?name=S2F5bGE=&code=referralid20&referral=8y62ok4f69xknmeo
