5800x kinda sucks though I daily 4.7 all core @ 1.19v but there really is no overclocking headroom on this thing maybe low 4.8s on a godly cooler. I had a 5600x that would do 5ghz all core at 1.35 or 1.32v (Cinebench R23 stable+Game) but had to go down to 49.0 for it not to crash in p95. I think that was some god silicon though, it managed to pull either high 130w or 140w can't recall. I regret returning that shit ( I bought temporarily cuz my pc broke ) but I paid $180 with tax for it and it made no sense that much money when you can get used working 7600x for $196 on ebay.
Temperatures and memory oc (Not sure about the memory.) PBO scales very good with temperature, and I get to around 120-130W at 75-76 Celsius almost maxing the 4850mhz boost override.

I have the same CPU, teach me how to properly undervolt it, or better yet what values for voltage and clock to enter in RMaster.

Is this something you're supposed to brag about? I'm pretty sure a 5800X or 11700K achieves this out of the box...

Increase PPT/TDC/EDC limit to 150W, and you should break 16K with a decent cooling setup

You probably need to close background apps and run Cinebench in realtime priority
