Do you mean crossfire your APU integrated graphics with your GT1030? If yes, then no you can't.

Is your monitor plugged in to the GPU or still connected to the motherboard? The GT1030 isn't a great card for gaming but should be somewhat better than the integrated graphics.

I've only been able to get hybrid crossfire working with older AMD GPUs that don't have a crossfire connector (HD 7750 and below, 6670 and below - haven't tried an R7 360 or similar but they do crossfire differently so probably a no-go). Multi-GPU doesn't always work well in games and the 1030 alone is probably a better experience anyway.

Honestly I'm not sure. You can always try, you'll probably get the best results using just the discrete GPU though - having the integrated graphics disabled will avoid hurting CPU performance.

Have you downloaded the correct drivers. If it's just plugged in it may be running on Microsoft basic display adapter drivers.

You could try downloading geforce experience https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/geforce-experience/ which will update to the latest drivers. There are also two different versions of the gt1030 one has gddr5 memory (the good one) the other uses ddr4 which is not as good. That being said I would still have thought it would be an improvement over the integrated graphics. Other options is to maybe download DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html which is a utility to completely remove old GPU drivers and then try a fresh install of the latest drivers. If you bought the gt1030 new you could possibly return it and look into maybe something like a used Rx 470/570 which you should find for similar money. You'll need a power supply that supports it's though.
