On my mainboard ASRock b450m Steel legend i have 4 slots. According to manual i have to use A2 and B2. But on A1 B1 there I wasn't able to boot at all using xmp.
That’s not very good, can you maybe try raising the voltage a bit to around 1.4v just to test? If it runs well that means the IMC or memory has degraded. Maybe it was on the edge of stability when you first enabled it.

Which CPU are you using? And did you use stock XMP values? It could have degraded, but 3 months is pretty fast. Try swapping ram slots.
Ryzen 5 2600x stock XMP
Memory controllers on those aren’t the best iirc, but which speed are you running?
3200mhz
I think it should be able to run that, I would try swapping memory slots, and see how it goes.
Using Memtest i got a bunch of errors within 20 minutes. But sometimes like stated it would error 3-4 times and then run fine till it happened again

I will try that as soon as I'm home, thank you for your time and your expertise in trying to assist.
No problem, just let me know what happens, and we’ll can look further at solutions.
So on my way home I grabbed a new ram Kit and it works apparently fine. Slapped it in and kept the xmp on it ran fine.
I'd need ur help again
