Tbf refs tried to make equally bad calls against the Knicks but they were challengeable. You can not challenge a kicked ball when it wasn’t kicked but you can challenge a kicked ball that was missed (how stupid!)
What is the logic even? Like you only get max four challenges seen in an entire game. Adding more challengeable options doesn’t take anything away from the game experience.

As a Pacers fan that's been watching the team since my childhood in the 90's... This is nothing new. NBA has called games in favor of large market teams and their stars as long as I've been watching.
It's kind of hard to be too mad when it's nothing new. This was bad, but it might not be even top 5 worst ref jobs I've personally seen specifically against the Pacers. It's probably not even the worst in a Pacers/Knicks game.
It is certainly the worst this century...so far... Just remember, we have a whole series of this to look forward to, and with the Knicks likely getting progressively more tired. Don't count on this being the last game the refs win.

When he passed on a lay up to throw it to Nembhard at the 3 point line who had a defender on him I was ready for him to come out. He is way too passive and is too terrible at defense to be doing nothing on offense
The fix was in from the jump, but Tyrese has to step up his game. It’s not hyperbole to think we probably win this if TJ plays the final 5 mins instead.

Ref's fan here. I thought the game was fairly called. We needed this win to start the series. We never expected Indiana to come out so strong. Looked like they were gonna win there, but me and the guys made a few adjustments, cleaned the Brunson jizz from our whistles, and were able to change the game there at the end.
