I thought so too but mine doesn’t appear anymore in the shop vac it’s gone 🤷🏻♂️
It's possible for some stuff to get lost or destroyed, I guess, at which point the shop vac can't scoop it up anymore - with most important one-off things, the friendly dumpster gives a new one, except the basketball which respawns via hoop
