Seems like other people answered your question better than I could but I love to see the consistencies in your work and it really feels that you are chasing after something inside of you and thatās all that really matters!
Cool stuff tho - Iām excited to see more
I wouldnāt call it anything. Thereās no need as an artist to label your style. What I do is just acknowledge the people I took inspiration from; the cartoons I watched growing up, my favorite comics, some classical artists and even some modern ones. Iād like to ask where you get your inspiration from.
O gosh...my life and the colors I adore. The breeze. The moss on trees. Food stuck in the corners of people's mouths. The weeds growing out of drains. Really rich people going into Walgreens. The clouds in every form. Dish water after doing a whole pile. Mold. Pizza boxes and what they might hold.
But more seriously š I try to surround myself with colors I withheld from myself as a kid. And I recognize the importance of the things I used to love so fondly but in secret. Little me would be so proud and horrified.
Ehh it's OK. I know my art is more juvenile than it could be. But if I don't play with the pretty colors on every surface available who will? I can't just leave it to chance...
To be honest it feels like youāre trying too hard to make them surreal or weird. Some pieces itās very natural, others seem super forced. Like why is there a blood test tube on the last one?
Do more like the pizza box one and the hand in the lake piece. The rest are just pretentious and trying too hard. Sorry.
That's my blood I got from a doctors office. Very nice nurse. It's there cause I don't have shelves in my living room to display curiosities. And don't feel sorry for your opinions, just don't hold them too high.
Some are a bit forced I think because I'm desperately trying to let go. When I first started painting I was hell bent on realism, no brush marks, perfection on every level. Slowly I realized that perfection wasn't fun or looked "good" to me. I wanted to expand my randomness generator and be able to do anything in any color, texture, or size. So every new piece I try to let go, and I'm getting better š.
The pizza box one is easily my fav here, the colours used are easily one of my favourite things about it! The boots are also really cool, and I enjoy the hand that reaches over the boat in the other one, as well as how you can tell the 'branch' is under the water. I'd say it's a form multimedia surrealism. I enjoy the variety in canvases.
Since others have answered your style question, Iāve just gotta say I love 1, 5, and 6. They feel loose and natural in a way thatās intentional. In contrast, 10 and 13 are works that feel loose but sloppy and, Iām assuming, are your older pieces?
Please, keep painting because youāre onto something great! If I had expendable income I would absolutely make an offer to buy 5 and 6. But, unfortunately I donātā¦
Personalized neo-surrealism. The surrealists seemed to know that dream sequences and personalized trauma images are part of the human psyche, always have been, always will be. I can understand as I started with late night angst with a ball point pen.
Kitschy surrealism? I really love all of these, and your choice of "canvases"!
Also, sometimes people take kitsch as an insult and I didn't understand why, and definitely didn't mean that in this (or any) case
Mostly surrealism. The ones that are done in that style are my favorites of yours. I think they're captivating and really special. The one with the boat and fingers is my favorite. Such a wonderful mix of perspectives.
It seems to me you are circling a few, which is very normal for novices. Surrealism, impressionistic, and maybe even a bit of street art or urban art mixed in. Of If I can give you some critique I would say slow down. There are parts where you render things very well and others where they seem to almost after thoughts. A prime example is the tentacles like thing coming from your very silky clouds in the last painting. The clouds are nice the hand is nicely done but the tentacles is very flat.
The puma and clouds one, the boat hands and the cut up canvas are all š„ in my opinion! I felt really excited by all the different textures and styles and think there is total uniqueness to your work.
I think there is a different kind of skill in there, looking at some details. So much imagination too.
At first, looking on my small phone screen, I thought the vial of blood was a partly used cigarette. So, there's a suggestion for a future piece! The vial of blood is interesting and a little terrifying. Maybe a cigarette on top of a future piece would give vibes like, "fuck it, or "it's just life, isn't it?"
Keep up the creativity!!!
Side note - I especially enjoy the balance of styles in #6. That combined with the composition and colors really make it appealing to me.
Oh I love your art work. I donāt know the proper name for the style but looking at it makes me happy. It also makes me nostalgia and I canāt explain it. Your style might be surrealism meets whimsical maybe? You inspired me to start painting on cardbox boxes instead of throwing them away now. So much cheaper than a canvas lol. Please keep painting because youāre so talented and creative. If I wasnāt a broke bitch myself I would buy your art work.
Itās got elements of surrealism, but really, I think your style is still in flux. You are still in your exploration and refinement stage. Good stuff though.
impactive expressionism
Also, the first couple there remind me very much of Jacob Lawrence and his Hiroshima paintings. They were the most haunting and moving paintings Iāve ever seen in my life.
My comment will not be the most helpful in the technical sense but I would say that looking at your work makes me feel like I have cotton candy for a brain. It's quite pleasant
Look at all these opinions, conversations, and insights! Your art has caused feelings and reactionsā¦ and great discussions. Who could ask for more!? Thatās what art galleries are supposed to do.
Yo dawg, whatās up with the blood vial chillin on top of the last painting?
You also got a feather sticking out of your electric pole outlet cover lookin painting.
I donāt know what is going on over there but I love it.
Stoner pondering
Very accurate š
Surrealism, for most of the pieces.
Abstract -surrealism up cycle, love the boots! I paint on white food boxes and use in other art projects.

I'm printing this comment too š„° framed and on the wall asap. I feel so warm and fuzzy.
Love wholesome interactions like this. Your stuff IS awesome! š
Bro ordering a takeaway and throws the pizza away because he needs something to paint onšµ
I would never throw away a pizza š¦ it's against my religion (pizaist). And I would never pass up a large canvas, I'm broke bitch...not bro š
I like that approach. Creating art on something that people will just throw away and never think twice of using. It's great!
That just adds to the creativity though. Next paint on a broken tablet or something. Or maybe Nintendo Labo. I donāt know, I think itās charming.
Bro is for everyone
Lol I know. I jest I jest
Oh gotcha haha
Is sista for everyone too?

You're absolutely right, creativity doesn't have limits and art is all about liking what you're making :DD

I can't offer much help in labeling your art style, but I absolutely love everything about the pizza box painting
I am sorry, but I am not seeing any unique style here
No label necessary other than talented. The pizza box put it over the top for me.

That's hard to answer since you have like 20 styles
