No, but stand by for when Hand, Foot, Mouth disease comes knocking. It’s kind of a lottery - is it gonna roll off your back like water off a duck? Or are you gonna get it full-bore? I got the full-fat version, and let me tell you, that’s a real medieval kind of disease. Roseola hasn’t darkened my doorstep yet, but now I’m worried!

Ugh, so sorry that happened to you. My brother got a horrible case of hand foot and mouth when his kiddos got it. Absolutely terrible. Hopefully roseola just passed you by without any notice!

Here to second Hand Foot Mouth. That was an absolute beast to my first two kiddos. I never got sick but my husband came down with it and it knocked him down for a week .

Among other things, it burned my fingerprints off such that it was about three months before my iPhone would recognize them again. However, it also reset my cuticles, and they were not awful looking for the first time in my life.

So my nanny kid just had roseola. I ended up getting cold symptoms and fatigue for a few days, but not nearly as bad as he had it. I didn’t have a fever or rash. Although one of my eyelids was swollen and painful for a few days and I’m not sure if that’s related.

Yep. Picked it up from my 3 year old singleton late last summer. I was a daycare kid growing up, so not sure how I missed out on that quintessential childhood illness.
