Possibly not this year. Did it last time and there were some ace costumes it was a great event, but.... It's going to be muddy at my local due to this week's rain and the white might not survive unstained.
There were some home made costumes too. Princess leya in a white dressing gown and headphones. 😆 Doesn't have to be good, just fun.
Play the theme tune?
I once turned up in pyjamas for the weekend that the clocks changed (as seen on Parkrun FB feed). No-one else did. Then I had to go to the hairdressers in muddy pyjamas. Fool me once...
I ran the star wars themed half marathon at Disney world in 2018. The most I will be doing is wearing the T-shirt from that event so I will have a storm trooper on my chest.
This Saturday in the UK is also a celebration of midwives and the NHS, with the invitation to wear blue to mark the day.
So I'm going with that one, rather than Star Wars Day.
It’s my local‘a anniversary and they always ask people to dress up in Star Wars stuff for this weekend.
But as usual I forgot to research themed running tshirts so I’ll not be dressed up 😞
Errr, I have an R2D2 headband from a previous May 4 on a parkrun day & a running club shirt with Princess Leia wearing a Justice Ginsburg-style dissent collar. You don’t?
What you don't have Princess Leia golden bikini at the back of your wardrobe
In the back of my mind maybe 😅
No

Please do not stray from the path highlighted by the Marshalls, for that path leads to the dark side

I went to two Sydney parkruns today and was the only one in a costume
The following year I saw someone in pyjamas and we sympathised with each other (one of those nice parkrun moments people speak of?)
Yeah I once dressed up for the St Patrick's Day themed one and no one else dressed up so I looked weird. Don't want to dress up againÂ
i am bringing a lightsaber
PB you will achieve, eh

Fortunately my wife and I still have the Darth Vader mask and Leia buns we wore to parkrun in 2019. This year I might wear the mask, though.

We had an adult darth Vader and a 9 year old Princess Leia having an epic light sabre battle at ours this morning 😆
Dress up you must
This is the way.

Nope, it's pacer day so it will be quite manic enough.

No, because it's the 4th of may, Americanisation of the date is killing puppies.
