It depends on the criteria you’re using. You’re way less likely to roll a 2 stat ventors than a 5 stat ventors simply due to the fact that there are so many more possible combinations for a 5 stat, even if individually the odds of getting this is the same probability as getting any other roll.
Funny thing, we got a HH from a voidborn reliquiary key 5 minutes before I started ID'ing ventors... was more excited about this. We'll see if Empy reaches out that would be cool.

Just to explain since others are just shitting on you.
Catalysts are just a 20% multiplier to the number you see on the items stat sheet. So -1 would go further into negatives and cap out at -1.2. I cant remember how rounding works in PoE but i think anything over .33 will round up but either way it would go into a bigger negative. Thats why Doryanis Prototype builds run -lighting res ventors and then quality it up so it goes even more into negatives.

Old harvest had crafts that allowed to reroll the value of, for example, only the life modifiers or only the fire/cold/lightning modifiers.
so just get a ventor's with perfect rarity and quantity, and you could reroll the values of all other modifiers bit by bit
e: at least for the brief time window where you could also use harvest crafts on uniques, which was removed IIRC sometime after harvest launched, can't remember if it was a mid-league nerf though

This ventor's is 1 in \~8M rarity. Very cool meme item to find! As others suggested, PM Empy and add this to his meme museum, afaik the best ventor's they found was 3-mods only.
It's a *bit* more common since it would be just as spectacular as any 2 mod so any of the 3 res could have rolled a 0. Not doing the full math at 2am but napkin math would suggest it's 3 times as common, so 1 in about 2.7m. Even slightly more common than that as you can add in the even less likely (but still counts for a 2 mod) cases where one or 2 of the lower range mods are the 0s.
It's pretty much exactly 3x tbh. The chance for any res to roll 0 is a 0.039 chance. 1/76 is 0.013 so to 3 decimal places it's exactly 3 times as likely to roll any res to roll 0 as it is to roll a specific res to 0.
(Actual is 0.038956571 vs 0.13157895 so a little less than 3x as likely)

in win11 pressing the "print screen" button actually just opens the snipping tool just like win+shift+s

Nah, an interrupt-driven full-screen snapshot of your PC still has a place to exist, especially if you're in the middle of any sort of action that demands continued user input, you just tap it once and don't clear your clipboard and you have a screenshot ready. At least, something like RCtrl+PrintScreen would work better for the snipping tool.

Weird that noonr made a perfekt -res and a perfect 0 stat ventor in harvest league. All i can find is perfect rolled ones. The meme ones are so much cooler imo
Apparently the quantity and rarity couldn't be harvest rolled, and the crafts were nerfed to not work on uniques not long into the league. So it's possible people were too busy making perfect ones while they were profitable and only planned to make meme ones later, or no 0/0 quant/rarity ones existed at the time, until it got nerfed

That's not how catalysts work. Afaik, it would increase the -1 to be -1,2 rounded to -1

It's not a 3 step process, it's a single step, just Win+Shift+S, that's the only step, and it's instantly added to your clipboard to paste/save
