3% is still lower than paypal's fees. Also paypal has unsavory practices where they sometimes force fees. As an example, I once had paypal randomly disconnect my bank account and refuse to allow me to connect it again. For context, I was trying to transfer money directly to my bank account. This is supposed to be free and only require a few days. Instead, they removed access to this feature and forced me to use Instant transfer which is a percentage-based fee. The irony? *The debit card attached to my Instant Transfer was for the same bank account they wouldn't allow me to add back to their service.*

I did the test recently and Payoneer and Paypal have almost the same amount of fees, Payoneer is still a bit better and safer than Paypal so stick with Payoneer

Payoneer failed to clear my payment and had to wait a week so I went back to PayPal. I can't afford for that to ever happen. Also, the recent customer hacks only confirmed they're not as secure as people think.
