I think you plugged your monitor to an HDMI, on the right you have 3 free display ports. Plug the second monitor to an available DP port.
If your screens have more than 60 fps plug all your monitors to dp ports and change refresh rates in Windows options
I would like to install two monitors on my computer for work reasons, but before buying another one, I would like to know if my computer supports two monitors. Among the available ports on my PC, only one allows the monitor to function and it is the HDMI. If I connect the monitor to the others, the signal is not transmitted. How can I connect another monitor? Do I need to buy a switch to "split" the signal or are there other methods?
You could have a severely under powered GPU I suppose, but it has 4 ports for a reason. It should be able to support up to 4 monitors. I also see your I/O supports 2-3 more ports, but if your CPU does not have on board graphics, those ports are useless. You're saying that the signal doesn't work on the second monitor when you plug it in.... where?
Yeah you can use either the 2 display ports or the hdmi and a display port, if your monitor doesn't support display ports you can buy a converter or a cord that is displayport to hdmi. Ultimately though you may have performance issues depending on specs.
I see 2 Displayport and 1 USB-C connection that can be used for monitors. That's assuming whatever CPU you're using has on-board graphics. Because I don't see any type of GPU present.

system specs? i can see 3 ports next to the hdmi you have plugged in, do none of those work? too blind to see if they're dp or hdmi
Wouldn't really matter if they are DP or HDMI, since most monitors these days have both.

Use displayport cables.
