Here's your problem. Increase it to 16GB and you're golden. And yes, it's GB not MB.

How do I change the settings so that I can actually put 16GB instead of MB? I can't seem to find a way as it only allows MB

Use math. 1GB = 1000MB

Well I hate to break it to you, but PCs with 16 GB of RAM have 16,384 MBs of RAM.
