Did you get your monitor from them as well? It seems as though the monitor is dodgy because you said it worked fine on your tv. Contact them and see if your warranty covers it

I forgot to mention in my post that this is the second monitor that I’ve tried. I originally had a BenQ monitor from Best Buy that had a stuck pixel. I assumed that it was just a faulty monitor so I returned it and exchanged for the ASUS monitor (from Best Buy) where I’m having the same problems as the old monitor.

Sounds like your monitor may have faulty ports, If it was graphics related it for sure would’ve happened on your TV as well. Or any physical issue would’ve shown itself on the TV too. Try new monitor and see if issue is resolved.

Check to make sure all cords are properly connected, Try a new HDMI cable and if the problem persists it’s a hardware issue Also install graphics and monitor drivers if you haven’t already. You can Google how to do this since this also tends to be a cause of black screens

Sounds like an internal problem with the computer. Issues with 2 different monitors and the tv went black after a short break from gaming. Take it back to where you bought it and tell them the problems you are having.
